Hello,
Fellow breathers,
And welcome to another instructional breathwork audio brought to you by Transcend Healing and Breathwork.
My name is Dean Cramp,
And I will be guiding you through this breathwork instruction.
Today's breathwork will be box breathing,
Also known as square breathing.
It is a simple yet effective breathwork technique that helps calm the mind and body by regulating your breath in a structured pattern.
It's often used to reduce stress,
Increase focus,
And promote relaxation.
The instructions for box breathing are inhale,
Breathe in slowly through your nose for a count of 4,
Hold your breath for a count of 4,
And exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 4.
We will hold and pause after the bottom of the exhale for a count of 4.
We will repeat this cycle for 4-6 rounds or for a few minutes until you feel more relaxed and centered.
You can adjust the counts to longer or shorter depending on your comfort level.
Start by taking a deep cleansing breath in through your nose,
Sigh it out.
Thank you for breathing with us today.
Have an amazing rest of your day.
Love and Light.
