To another instructional breathwork audio brought to you by Transcend Healing and Breathwork.
My name is Dean Cramp and I will be leading you through this instruction.
Today's breathwork will be a cleansing breath.
It is a breathwork technique designed to release tension,
Clear stagnant energy,
And refresh the mind and body.
It involves deep,
Intentional breathing to create a sense of renewal.
The instructions for the cleansing breath are inhale,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely.
Hold,
Pause for a brief moment at the top of the inhale.
Exhale,
Open your mouth and exhale forcefully,
Releasing any tension or stagnant energy with an audible sigh if comfortable.
We will repeat this for a few rounds,
Focusing on releasing any stress with each exhale.
This technique can be used whenever you need a quick reset or release of built up tension.
Take a deep breath in through your nose all the way up to the top of your crown,
Hold,
Exhale,
Open your mouth,
Exhale.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs,
Exhale.
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale,
And continue with this cycle for a few rounds.
Just a few more breaths,
On this last one,
We're going to take a deep breath in,
We're going to hold,
And we're going to sigh it all out.
Now just return to normal,
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Continue with this for a few rounds,
Making your way back to normal.
