Fellow breathers,

And welcome to another guided breathwork audio brought to you by Transcend Healing and Breathwork.

My name is Dean,

And I will be guiding you through this breathwork session.

Today we will be doing Ujjayi breath,

Or ocean breath.

This breath creates a soothing sound to calm the mind.

We are going to inhale deeply through your nose,

Slightly constricting your throat.

Exhale softly through your nose,

Maintaining that throat constriction to create an ocean wave-like sound.

Allow yourself to stay present with the soothing rhythm.

Whenever you are ready,

You can drop into the breath,

Maintaining that calm sense of awareness and inner peace.

Begin to allow yourself to come back to your body and back to the present moment.
