Welcome to another guided breathwork meditation brought to you by Transcend Healing and Breathwork.
My name is Dean Kramp,
And I will be your guide throughout this breathwork journey.
Today we will be focusing on letting go.
Letting go of any stuck negative emotions,
Letting go of the past,
Letting go of anything that is holding you back from your greatest potential.
In this guided breathwork meditation,
We will be doing a two-stage pranayama breath,
Which will be all through your mouth.
It will be a two-part inhale,
One-part exhale,
Expanding your diaphragm for the first part of the inhale,
Shooting the second breath high up into the chest for the second inhale,
And letting the exhale just fall out of you.
It will sound like this.
At this time,
You may pause the recording and gather anything that you may need for your breathwork session,
Whether that be essential oils,
An eye covering,
Or a yoga mat.
When you're ready,
Lie flat on your back,
Allowing yourself to get into a comfortable position,
Making any minor adjustments you may need to make to get comfortable.
Start to visualize in your mind's eye your intention for your practice,
Whatever that is that you feel you may need to let go of.
We will start with a few rounds of cleansing breath,
With each exhale letting go of any tension,
Any anxiety,
And any stressors held in the body.
Take a deep breath in,
Let it go.
Take a deep breath in,
Let it go.
Deep breath in,
And let it go.
We will begin the breath in three,
Two,
One.
It's been great.
Just stay with the breath.
You are supported.
You are loved.
Start to bring awareness to any pockets of resistance,
Any tension,
Any anxiety.
Start to gather all of that up,
Bringing that into your belly.
We're going to attach it to this next sigh out.
On the count of three,
We're going to do a deep breath in.
We're going to hold,
And I want you to release all that tension and that anxiety.
And we will return to the breath in three,
Two,
One.
Relax your jaw.
Start to take deeper,
Fuller breaths,
Bringing that air into your belly,
High into the chest.
Let go.
Say to yourself in your mind's eye,
I release what no longer serves my highest good.
Letting go opens the door to new possibilities in my life.
I am free from the burden of holding on to the past.
I trust the journey,
Knowing that letting go leads to growth.
Today,
I choose to release and let the universe guide me.
I surrender control and embrace the natural flow of life.
Start to prepare yourself.
Start to gather any pockets of resistance you're hitting up against,
Any emotional speed bumps.
Gather that all up and attach it to this next sigh out.
On the count of three,
We'll take a deep breath in and hold it in three,
Two,
One.
Take a deep breath in.
We'll return to the breath in three,
Two,
One.
Continue to take a few more deep breaths in.
On the count of three,
We're just going to take a deep breath in,
High into the chest,
And simply hold the breath.
We will release in three,
Two.
Just return to a normal in through your nose.
Start to bring awareness back to your body.
Start to wiggle your fingers.
Give yourself a warm welcome.
Rubbing your shoulders and giving yourself that thanks.
