Sacred Dynamic Breath is a powerful active breathwork practice designed to reset and train your nervous system. Move through 3–7 rounds of conscious, circular breathing — alternating between deep mouth breathing and two-part inhales to expand your energy and awareness. Each cycle includes breath holds and an OM exhale, harmonizing body and mind while enhancing oxygen efficiency and focus. Safety Note: Practice in a safe, comfortable space — sitting upright with pillows or lying down. Some may feel lightheaded or tingly; this is normal. Always listen to your body and stay grounded. This technique helps reduce inflammation, boost mindfulness, and restore balance and vitality.

Welcome,

Fellow breathers,

To another guided breathwork audio brought to you by Transcend Healing and Breathwork.

My name is Dean Kramp and I will be your guide for this breathwork practice.

Today we will be doing a dynamic breathwork technique which increases oxygen efficiency,

Reduces inflammation,

And strengthens your immune system.

We will begin with three rounds of cleansing breath,

Going into our first round of a circular breathing pattern called funnel breath,

Where you breathe in through your mouth in a small shape,

Slowly widening the shape of your mouth on the inhale,

And exhaling it all out in a circular motion.

We will then switch into a two-stage pranayama breath,

Where you breathe in,

In through your belly,

Shoot the second breath high in the chest,

And just let it fall out on an exhale.

We'll alternate between the two of these,

And then switch to a breath hold or breath retention at the top,

Exhaling slow,

Exhale,

Holding at the bottom for about a minute to minute 15,

And then a rapid breath in through the top to the very crown of your head,

Holding,

And we will slowly ohm out the exhale.

We will do this pattern of breath for three to five rounds,

Whatever is comfortable for you,

And we will begin in three,

Two,

Get ready to switch to that two-part breath,

A few more seconds,

We'll release and let all the air out and hold on the ball.

Focus on slowing your heart rate down,

Enjoying that empty space inside.

You got this,

We got about 20 more seconds.

Hold and I want you to squeeze that pelvic floor,

Squeeze all of that energy out.

Hold,

Squeeze,

Squeeze your pelvic floor,

Shoot that energy up from the base of your spine to the top of your head,

And we're going to,

Good,

Right back into a few rounds of cleansing breath.
