Hi beautiful souls,

This is an EFT tapping session to release self-doubt.

We often have moments where we doubt who we are,

Or what we can achieve,

Or who we can be,

Or the possibilities that we have for our lives.

We often doubt ourselves,

We doubt life,

We doubt our abilities,

And this EFT tapping session will really work with that,

And will really help us to shed the layers of the self-doubt that we carry.

I'm going to show the tapping points to you,

And you can follow before we start.

So the first tapping point will be the side of the hand,

And this is the only tapping point that we don't repeat.

Then we move to the top of the head,

Top of the eye,

Side of the eye,

Under the eye,

Under the nose,

Under the mouth,

On the chest,

And under the arm.

I will guide you through each tapping point,

And you may close your eyes during this session and just follow the prompts of my voice.

I will be repeating,

I will be saying affirmations,

And you'll be repeating those affirmations,

And you can say them out loud,

Or you can say them in your mind,

Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

As you say the affirmations,

We will go through the tapping points,

And I will guide you to each tapping point as we move along.

I do encourage you to close your eyes and really feel the words as you repeat them.

Let's begin.

Wherever you are,

Just make yourself comfortable and kind of settle into wherever you are in this moment to get yourself comfortable and relaxed.

We'll start with a lovely deep breath in,

And release your breath when you are ready,

And relaxing your shoulders,

And relaxing your jaw.

Relax any muscles in your forehead,

Just relax.

And we'll do one more breath in,

And release.

Right,

Let's begin.

Tapping on the side of the hand,

You'll repeat the affirmations after me.

Even though,

I sometimes doubt myself,

I know that right now,

I am safe to express how that feels for me.

Top of the head.

I have often doubted myself.

It's caused me some sadness.

I don't always believe that I am good enough.

Top of the eyes.

I don't always believe I will do it correctly.

I don't always believe I can be great.

Side of the eyes.

I sometimes think it has to be perfect.

I have to get it right the first time.

Under the eyes.

I doubt my abilities.

I doubt my skills.

I doubt my decisions.

I doubt myself.

Under the nose.

It hurts me to know that I feel this way.

I wish I could see myself the way others do.

Under the mouth.

I wish I believed in myself the way others do.

This feeling really brings me down.

On the chest.

This feeling hurts my heart.

I wish I didn't doubt myself as much as I do.

Under the arm.

My heart hurts knowing that my self-trust is sometimes very low.

My heart really hurts.

My heart hurts knowing that I struggle with self-doubt.

Top of the head.

I don't want this feeling anymore.

I want to believe in myself.

I want to let go of this heaviness.

I want to let go of this pain.

Top of the eyes.

I want to be free.

Free of not believing in myself.

Side of the eye.

Right now,

In this very moment,

I give myself permission to let go of this feeling.

Under the eye.

I give myself permission to trust myself.

Under the nose.

I give myself permission to believe in who I am.

To believe in my capabilities.

And to just be me.

Under the mouth.

I know that I never have to doubt myself.

I know that my inner voice will always guide me.

On the chest.

I know that I am able to trust that all will be okay.

Under the arm.

I am perfect just the way I am.

I accept myself just the way I am.

Top of the head.

The voices of self-doubt no longer need to be with me.

Top of the eye.

I can let them go.

I can let them go.

Side of the eye.

The self-doubt is no longer needed.

I will be okay.

I am okay.

Under the eye.

All that I need is within me right now.

I am perfect just the way I am.

Under the nose.

I am okay just the way I am.

Under the mouth.

All is well.

All is well.

And you can stop tapping.

Put your hands on your lap.

And with your eyes closed,

Take a slow breath in.

And when you exhale,

Exhale all the self-doubt.

Inhale again,

Breathing in new energy,

Filling every cell in your body.

When you're ready,

Exhale,

Releasing all the self-doubt.

You can open your eyes.

We'll take one last breath in together,

In through the nose.

And release,

Breathing out through the mouth.

Thank you for joining me today.

May you have an amazing,

Amazing day.
