We begin by finding a comfortable position to receive,
Allow your eyes to take in the space around you,
Letting this support you as you settle here.
Your breath deepens as you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Gently closing down your eyes and arriving into this moment with the support of your breath.
This time now is for you to reflect on your journey,
Your path that has brought you here.
Feel the weight of your body grounding and melting deeper into presence,
Allowing this moment of introspection,
Allowing yourself to remember the lessons that this path of life has taught you and to receive the messages that your soul,
Your path and the universe have been whispering to you.
So picturing yourself now walking along a path.
It could be a path by a river,
By the sea or deep in the jungle.
And as you walk,
You notice that the path is not straight,
But winding and turning in many different directions.
Along the path,
You notice large sitting stones.
These stones are going to represent different moments within your life.
You approach the first stone.
This is the stone of your birth.
Take a seat here and consider what a celebration this time must have been.
The miracle of your arrival.
Life in its most purest form and innocent state.
Can you imagine yourself as a newborn?
Who were the people that were there during that time?
You get up now and you continue walking along this path.
Up ahead,
You see the next stone,
You walk towards it.
Take a seat here.
This stone is you as a young child,
Three to four years old.
See yourself at this age,
So in awe of the life around you,
So curious.
As you imagine yourself at this age,
Where are you?
What are you doing?
Simply be here,
Wrapping this memory of yourself in love.
You rise now and continue moving forwards.
You come to the next stone and again,
You sit down.
Memories of yourself around nine,
Ten years old appear.
What were you like at this time?
Was there something that you achieved or a challenge that you faced?
Do you remember a quality or characteristic that you had?
Does that still exist within you today?
And again,
You rise and you continue along this winding path.
You eventually come and find the next stone.
This one represents you as a teenager.
What a transitional time of life.
Just take a breath here.
Maybe it was a challenging time.
What are the joyful moments that you remember?
What were you like back then?
And if any negative thoughts or resistance to these memories arise,
How can you comfort yourself now?
What does your body need for you to be able to stay here in this memory?
Maybe a breath,
Maybe your own loving touch.
You get up now and you continue to walk,
Slowly coming to the next stone.
Then you take another seat.
And this stone represents you as a young adult in your twenties.
This time of newfound independence and change.
What did you overcome during this time?
Were there any detours that you made?
What did you learn about life and about yourself?
And you move forwards now as you approach the last stone.
This is the stone of now.
You take a seat and you allow yourself to appreciate your individual path of life.
Even if you're not where you want to be yet.
Taking this moment to honour the path that you have been walking.
And you stand now and you look back.
You pause for a moment as you see how far you have come.
All the changes that you have experienced,
Big and small.
All the people and situations you have encountered along your path.
Each a teacher gently guiding you towards your truth.
The path of life can be challenging.
But each obstacle is a guide.
You allowed yourself to learn and grow from the lessons that life has presented you up until now.
Remember that life is never happening to you.
It's happening for you and your greatest evolution.
When we drift away from our essence,
Life gently and sometimes even forcefully redirects us,
Urging us to listen,
To awaken,
To remember who we are and what we came here to do.
Without judgement,
Just asking yourself here.
Who am I?
Who am I?
Am I truly fulfilled?
How can I live more aligned to my true self?
What do I need more of or less of to support the person that I am becoming?
Let these questions settle within you like seeds,
Ready to bloom in their own time.
Bringing your awareness back to your breath now.
Inhaling deeply.
Exhaling,
Releasing any tension,
Any resistance.
Gently wiggling your fingers and toes and bringing movement back into your body.
Slowly coming back to your space and softly opening your eyes.
You came here to be unique,
To share your beautiful essence.
Be proud of yourself my love.
May you continue to walk with purpose,
With courage and with a loving heart.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
