Welcome to this powerful energetic body realignment guided meditation,

Where you will alchemize and transform all energy in your field into its highest expression,

So you may come back into full alignment with your highest potential.

Your chakra system,

Aura,

And consciousness will be upgraded,

And your central channel connecting you to the cosmos and to the earth will be strengthened and amplified.

From this,

You will feel connected to who you truly are and move forward centered and empowered.

To begin,

I'd invite you to get comfortable,

Lying down or in a seated position.

And then when you're ready,

Close your eyes.

Just allow the natural rhythm of your breath to be as it is,

Not judging or changing anything.

Taking a moment to just sit and be here with yourself.

When you're ready,

Start to bring your awareness to the sensations on and in your physical body.

All you're doing is simply observing what you feel.

No judgment,

No stories about it.

Just tuning into your body,

Noticing what's present.

Just being with it.

Perhaps you feel areas of tension or constriction in certain parts of your body.

Maybe you feel a tingling sensation on your skin as you become aware of any energy movements.

Perhaps you notice a softening or relaxing of your muscles.

Or maybe you're feeling an expansion in your body.

Whatever it may be for you at this time,

Just be present and intimate with your physicality and the more subtle realms within you.

We're going to take just a few moments to be here with it.

Now allow your breath to naturally become slower and deeper as you drop further into communion with yourself.

Feeling your body respond to the breath as it moves through you with each inhale and exhale.

You begin to feel a sense of safety,

A sense of calm and ease as your body surrenders into this moment with you.

Allowing effortless release of any resistance in this moment.

And from this,

More spaciousness is felt within your body,

Mind and heart.

As we move through this process,

You may notice some emotions starting to arise within you as you connect deeper with your energetic body.

This is perfectly okay,

Because you have created a space of healing and transformation to occur.

What has been stored here on an energetic level is being sensed by you now.

And you are free to let it flow.

Your emotions signal that a certain expression of energy is moving within you.

And if you allow it,

They can alchemize into a higher state within you or go somewhere else that is a match to it.

You have now opened a door for energetic transmutation to occur within your emotional body as well as your whole being.

Now you don't need to understand it,

You can just give yourself permission to feel and transform.

So let's just spend a few minutes here,

Feeling your emotions,

Your energetic state shift as you sit in presence with it all.

You can stay here if you need more time.

But if you're ready,

I invite you to now visualize a beautiful crystalline light streaming down from the cosmos directly above your head.

This influx of crystalline source light penetrates through the top of your head at your crown chakra and pours down through your central channel,

Containing your main chakras that run along the center of your energy body.

It appears as a rushing waterfall of crystalline light and continues running deep into the earth beneath you until it reaches the core of the earth.

This light is intense and powerful,

Yet beautiful,

Graceful,

Loving and divine.

You may feel a boost of energy and aliveness within you as this crystalline light flows easily through your energy body and it starts to transmute all low vibrational energies and state consciousness.

You see,

This divine light is intelligent.

It knows exactly where it's needed and what is needed to do in order for your highest alignment to your highest state of consciousness,

Expression and embodiment to be achieved.

You just have to simply allow the energetic alchemy to occur within you by softening and surrendering to this gentle shift that's happening now.

Your chakra system is instantly and effortlessly receiving in activation and upgrade.

Any previous distortions in the root chakra are now aligned to the truth.

You belong here on earth and as a part of humanity.

You are safe,

Grounded,

Feel this vibrant red expansion of energy at the base of your spine as the root chakra accepts this recalibration.

Any previous distortions in the sacral chakra are now aligned to the truth.

You are a creative,

Emotional and sexual being.

You are free to feel and experience the pleasures of the human experience guilt-free.

Know it and feel the energy of it with you now.

Feel the expansion of energy.

Beautiful orange light just below your navel as the sacral chakra accepts this recalibration.

Any previous distortions in the solar plexus chakra are now aligned to the truth of your sovereign empowerment.

You have a strong sense of self and are confident in who you came here to be in this lifetime.

You know it and you feel it in your energy right now.

You can feel the expansion of yellow golden energy right above your navel as the solar plexus chakra accepts this recalibration.

Now,

Any previous distortions in the heart chakra are now aligned to the truth of who you are as a being of unconditional love.

You can access deeper wisdom from the heart and you are a loving and compassionate being not only to yourself but to every being in this earth.

You know this and you can feel the energy of this with you now.

As you feel the expansion of this energy in the center of your chest,

You see a pink and green beautiful sparkle light in your heart center.

And this heart chakra accepts this recalibration.

Your body is now ready to remove any previous distortions in the throat chakra.

You are now aligned to the truth of your authentic self-expression and communication.

You have the ability to confidently and clearly speak your personal truth and communicate your thoughts and feelings freely.

Know this and feel this energy within you now.

Feel the expansion of this blue energy at the base of your neck as your throat chakra accepts this recalibration.

Now,

Any previous distortions in the third eye are now aligned to the truth of your intuition and what is truly here beyond what the physical eyes can see.

You perceive from a higher spiritual perspective and you experience self-awareness.

You know and feel this energy within you now.

And you feel the expansion of this indigo energy in between your eyebrows as your third eye chakra accepts this recalibration.

Finally,

Any previous distortions in the crown chakra are now aligned to the truth of your connection with source consciousness.

You have become self-realized and you are a vessel of your highest self-consciousness and higher dimensional energies to channel through.

Know it and feel this energy within you now.

You connect with your own deep spirituality and knowing and personal relationship with source energy.

You can feel the expansion of this purple energy at the top of your head as your crown chakra now accepts this recalibration.

All chakras and meridian channels now begin to work in balance and harmony with each other as their alignment back to their most optimal state is being achieved.

Your energy body is feeling cleansed,

Renewed and activated as the high vibration of crystalline source light fills you and your own divine present emulates from you now.

You see this powerful light washing through your whole being,

Expanding out from your center and into all levels and layers of your auric field.

Feel into your alignment mentally,

Emotionally,

Physically and spiritually.

Spend a few moments here as you integrate new levels of frequency and awareness.

As you take deep conscious inhales through your nose.

And one exhales out of your mouth with a big,

Deep sigh.
