This is Day 2 of the 7 Day Sleep Series, designed to help you drift into deep, healing sleep while awakening you to your true nature. Tonight’s journey begins with a calming body scan meditation for sleep — gently relaxing each part of your body, releasing stress, and inviting peace. From there, the mind is guided into openness and acceptance. No need to fight thoughts or emotions — everything is allowed to be here, exactly as it is. As you surrender more deeply, you reconnect with your true self: pure awareness, the space in which everything has already let go. This body scan and surrender meditation will carry you effortlessly into rest. Sleep becomes natural, peace becomes your foundation, and you dissolve into the simplicity of being.

Welcome to day 2 of the 7 day sleep series,

A series of meditations designed to help you fall asleep and at the same time awaken you to your true self.

Today is all about relaxation and surrender,

So before we begin,

Take a moment to make yourself truly comfortable and find a position in which you can deeply relax.

Take a deep and slow breath in through your nose,

And exhale slowly,

Letting all of the air flow out of your body,

And continue to breathe slow and steady,

Feeling your breath flow in and flow out of your body,

Relaxing you.

Let's take a moment to consciously scan and relax the body,

Beginning at your feet.

Feel your feet,

And relax all of the muscles in them,

And then slowly move up to your legs,

Feeling your calves,

And your shins,

Your knees,

And your upper legs,

And allow them to become heavy and to sink into your bed.

Then,

Move up to your glutes and your hips,

And if you feel any tightness in your hips,

Then now is the time to let go,

Relax,

And then move up to your abdomen,

And to your lower back,

And just consciously loosen them up,

To your chest,

And your upper back.

Beginning with your chest,

Take a deep breath,

Expanding your chest,

And then as you exhale,

Let all of the air completely flow out of your body,

And your upper back.

Drop your shoulders,

And relax all of the muscles in your upper back,

And then slowly move your way up,

From the tips of your fingers,

Through your arms,

All the way to your shoulders again,

And let your hands and your arms become heavy,

Sinking into your bed,

And up to your neck.

Feel the muscles in your neck,

And with a big sigh out of the mouth,

Relax them.

Slowly moving up to your head,

From the back of your head,

All the way to the top,

And then from the top of your head to your face,

And as you arrive at the face,

Feel all of the muscles in your face,

So consciously relax the muscles in your face,

Your jaw,

Your eyes,

And your eyelids,

And your forehead.

Feel your face softening.

Now that your body is completely relaxed,

Let's move on to the mind.

The thoughts in your mind,

They come and they go,

So why hold on to any of them?

The idea is not to make yourself completely quiet,

You just need to change your relationship towards your thoughts.

For now,

Just let them come and let them go,

But don't judge them,

Don't hold on to them,

Just let them flow by,

Like clouds in the sky,

As you rest.

You don't need to change them,

Stop them,

Or try to push them away,

Just notice and allow them to come and go,

As you rest,

Fast,

Like the sky,

Always clear,

No matter the clouds that flow by.

Be like the sky.

Notice that beneath your thoughts,

There is an awareness that never resists,

An awareness that is always at peace,

Like the sky.

Rest here,

As that awareness,

That is beyond the mind,

It just always is,

Sense I am,

And rest there.

Notice what it is that is actually observing your thoughts,

And rest in that space,

Empty and vast.

Recognize that you are always already without trying or doing anything,

So don't do surrender,

Be surrender.

As you rest as your true self,

You notice that there is nothing that you have to surrender,

Nothing to let go,

Just let be.

True surrender is letting things be exactly as they are,

Knowing that they are already perfectly accepted,

Because they are.

And as you let things be,

Without any judgment towards them,

They will lose its meaning,

And they will just dissolve.

You can just rest,

Be at peace now.

It is time for sleep.

As you feel your breath slowly and automatically flowing in and flowing out,

Just rest,

Even deeper,

Into the perfection of everything.

Nothing more to do,

Nowhere to go,

Just be,

Here,

Becoming,

Softer,
