Sit up,

And close your eyes,

And take a deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it.

And exhale,

Relax your body.

Another slow breath in through the nose,

And at the end,

Hold it.

And exhale,

Relax into your body.

And allow your breath to find its own slow rhythm,

Allowing your breath to become deeper and to become slower.

And as you feel your breath flowing in and flowing out of your body,

Allow yourself to become more and more relaxed.

Now,

Take a moment to become super clear on what it is that you want to manifest.

And ask yourself,

What would it feel like if I had already manifested this?

Now,

It is time to align yourself vibrationally with your manifestation.

Can you see your manifestation in your mind's eye?

Visualize it.

And as you do,

Bring up those emotions that come with this reality.

How do you feel now that you already have it?

Do you feel grateful,

Joy,

Or even bliss?

Step into that new state of being now.

Become it.

Who are you in this new reality?

Become that person right now.

Stay there.

And make the vision even clearer,

And the feelings even stronger.
