Welcome to this meditation for releasing blocks,
Finding peace,
Clarity,
Breakthroughs,
And growth.
The purpose of this meditation is to allow the tension,
The worries,
The resistance,
Or any other suppressed emotions to release.
What if the healing is in the pain,
Not outside it?
What if the solution is found in how you look at the problem and not outside it?
What if you meet your emotions with full welcoming and acceptance and allow them to be heard and felt fully?
Because that is what we're going to do in this meditation.
And now let's begin.
You can do this meditation walking if it's in a safe place.
Otherwise,
You can sit down or lay down somewhere comfortable and close your eyes if it's safe for you to do so.
And let's begin by taking a deep breath in through our nose and slowly exhale through our mouth.
And take another deep breath in through the nose and slowly release through your mouth.
And you can do one more deep breath.
As you exhale,
Release the tension you might be holding on to in your shoulders or neck or in your jaw.
Or any other place in your body.
And just let that go.
Let that release.
And now breathe in a comfortable way through your lower part of your stomach,
Your abdomen.
And as you breathe,
You can start to place your internal focus on your heart space.
As if you're breathing through your heart.
And what's coming up for you as you place your focus here?
What's going on in there?
And anything you feel,
Just notice it.
Tell your entire system,
Just mentally or subtly through your body,
That it's okay for anything.
Any emotion at this point to come out.
And you might feel pleasant feelings or unpleasant feelings,
But either way,
Pay attention to them and allow them to come up now and to surface.
And now can you sense where they're located inside the body?
Is it in the stomach?
In the chest?
Are they moving around?
And if the feelings are unpleasant,
Please allow them to fully be felt and to be recognized.
And if thoughts come up and label your emotions as good or bad,
Just notice that too.
You don't have to engage with those thoughts.
You don't have to argue with them.
Just let them be and keep paying attention to what's going on inside you.
Now can you sense how these emotions are coming up?
These emotional energies need to flow.
They have this need to flow through your body.
They don't really want to be stuck in one area.
Can you feel that?
And I'll ask you an open question for you to just sit with without analyzing it.
So,
If you feel anxious or guilty or shame or worry or angry and you allow these emotions a safe space to come out,
What do you think happens?
What happens when you open your heart to these blocked and suppressed and stored feelings?
What happens with fear when it feels safe?
What happens when grief or self-doubt feels love?
Great job.
This is really wonderful.
Now take another deep breath.
And if your eyes were closed,
You can open them at this point.
And just check in with yourself again what comes up for you now.
Are there still feelings flowing in there?
And in that case,
Can you let them be?
Can you go on with your day and welcome any emotion that shows up?
Can you face a dilemma or a problem in this way without overthinking it or trying to fix everything and instead just meet life as it is?
Can you say in this moment that you will do your best?
You'll do best to your ability and then allow life to figure out the rest.
