Welcome to this guided truth and answer meditation.
This meditation will help you find clarity,
Solutions,
Guidance or answers to something important in your life.
So before we begin,
I want you to think of something that you're confused about or unsure of,
Like a problem or a question in your life right now.
And I'll be silent and give you some time to decide.
Now that you know what you need clarity on,
We'll begin by getting into a heart and brain coherent state.
Your heart actually sends more signals to your brain than the other way around.
And by doing this practice,
We get more stable signals sent to our prefrontal cortex,
Which is responsible for things like intuition,
Decision making and creativity.
And therefore this is the ideal state to find solutions and clarity.
Find a comfortable position,
Seated or laying down,
And close your eyes.
And let's begin by taking a deep breath through our nose and out through the mouth.
And take a few more of these deep breaths in through your nose and slowly out through your mouth.
And notice if you hold any tension in your body,
In your shoulders or your neck,
Maybe in your jaw,
And release this tension.
And now start paying attention to the area around your heart,
Slightly at the left of center in your chest,
And imagine that your breath passes through your heart.
Breathe slightly deeper than you normally do,
In a way that feels comfortable for you,
Whether that's through the nostrils or just any way that feels best for you.
A little deeper and slower than you normally do.
As you inhale,
And as you breathe out,
The breath passes through your heart.
And continue to breathe in a calm,
Steady and comfortable way.
Maybe you feel a little tingling in your legs,
Or just a really nice,
Vibrant feeling growing in your heart.
And you can spark this feeling,
Or fuel it even further,
By just thinking of something positive in your life.
Something that you're grateful for,
Something you look forward to,
Or anything positive that you really appreciate in your life.
And allow the breath to pass through your heart,
And keep your attention on this area.
And allow this warm glow,
This really beautiful energy,
To just grow.
And now that we're in this really calm,
Synchronized and beautiful state,
We can bring up the question or the problem that you chose to focus on today.
And you can see it in front of you,
Just visualize it the best way you can,
In a way that makes sense.
It can be a sentence,
It can be an image,
Or it can just be the words in your mind.
And now that you can see your question or problem clearly,
Just notice what comes up for you.
Any thoughts,
Any feelings,
Just notice them,
But don't engage with them.
And don't force anything,
Just allow whatever comes up to come up.
Really feel what your heart is telling you.
And is there a feeling in your heart,
Or something bubbling up in you,
That seems evident?
That seems like it's more true than anything else?
Can you feel some sort of truth in this moment,
That you need to be aware of?
I'll be silent for a minute,
So you can really see what comes up.
And if you lose track and you get lost in a thought or a feeling,
Try to catch yourself and just bring yourself back to focus on your heart,
And breathing through your heart.
And maybe you have some answers now,
Or maybe it's all chaotic and confusing.
And that's okay either way.
There is no right way or wrong way to allow this to happen.
And now I want you to imagine that as you sit here,
And the person you are right now,
This problem or this question has already been resolved,
And you have absolute clarity.
And obviously,
If you don't have the answers,
You can't visualize them,
So you don't have to focus on what the answers are.
But right now,
Just imagine that you know,
That you have certainty,
And the best possible outcome of this has been achieved.
There is no question anymore,
There is no problem or dilemma anymore.
It's all just resolved.
And really tap into that feeling of certainty,
Of trust,
Maybe excitement,
Or some other emotion that you would feel when this thing is clear and resolved.
And take a deep breath in through your nose,
And out through your mouth again.
And allow this relief and this clarity to just flow through you.
No more confusion,
No more uncertainty,
You just know.
And now that you're in this state,
I want you to imagine further,
What happened?
What happened for you to feel this way?
What was this answer?
What is the best possible outcome?
What are you so clear about,
That you were so confused about before?
Don't force,
Just allow the answers to come to you.
And now open your eyes,
And just notice the first thing you see.
Whether that's the wall in front of you,
Or the ceiling above you,
Or an object,
Just notice the first thing in the room.
And trust that no matter what showed up for you,
You have started a process inside you that will bring more clarity and guidance.
And now your brain will work tirelessly to find solutions that align you with what your heart actually wants for you.
