Hello,

Beautiful people.

This is Caitlin,

And today we're going to spend five minutes together recalibrating your nervous system,

Grounding yourself back into the present moment,

And reaffirming the love that you have deep down within you that drives you forward in your life.

So with that being said,

I'd invite you to sit down or lay down,

Get comfortable.

Please don't try to do this while you're also doing something else like driving or walking.

This is just for you,

And it will be quick.

So once you've settled into a nice,

Comfortable space,

Close your eyes down and gently gaze at that third eye between your eyebrows,

Slightly above where they would have met if they kept growing.

And as we gaze up at that space,

Our brainwaves change.

It elevates the calm state of the mind that gives permission for the body to relax.

So again,

Refocusing on that third eye,

Just feel the wave of relaxation come over your body.

Nice exhale all the way out.

Again,

Slowly inhale,

Fully filling up your belly,

Your lungs,

Your heart,

And exhale all the way out.

Now just breathe.

And I want to remind us all that deep down,

Underneath the criticism,

Underneath the fears of not being good enough,

Not doing enough,

Not being where you should be,

There is this endless supply of self-love.

In fact,

It's just misunderstood by the ego.

This self-love is what is patient and kind and sees your potential and already loves you the way you are.

That's what we're reconnecting here.

That's what we want to believe exists.

So putting everything else aside,

We're just going to give ourselves the chance to feel this presence inside of us,

The compassion,

Part of us that believes in ourselves,

Our desires,

Our worthiness,

That self-love,

Unconditional love.

And we're going to reconnect with that by giving ourselves the chance to breathe.

And the breath is going to go like this.

You're going to inhale for 4,

2,

3,

4,

And exhale for 6,

4,

5,

6.

I'm going to count the time and all you're going to do is just inhale and exhale.

Nice and deep exhale.

What that does is it pushes the carbon dioxide out of your body.

It cleanses your cells and it tells your body that you are taking care of it.

So here we go.

I'm going to count.

We're going to do 8 rounds of this breath and then you're going to give yourself a nice hug.

Here we go.

Big inhale and a nice sigh out.

Beautiful job.

Now I want you to just take a nice breath in and out as you please in whatever fashion that makes you feel good.

And if you feel like it,

Hug those knees into your chest and give yourself a nice rock back and forth,

Side to side.

Nice hug in.

Beautiful.

And lastly,

I want you to just make a wish for your day.

For the rest of your day,

Whether it's in the morning you're doing this,

In the afternoon,

Or even before bed,

What do you wish for yourself?

What is your intent?

What is the state that you want to find and control?

And surrender everything else.

What is this intent,

This wish for you?

And just keep that.

Say it from your heart.

Whisper it out there.

And let it be.

Thank you for joining me.

And have a wonderful,

Wonderful rest of your day.

I love your voice! I just would’ve liked the music to be not as loud. Thank you for sharing this 💕
