Welcome to your- Welcome everything.

This meditation is curated so that you are given the opportunity to love yourself exactly as you are.

So often in life,

We try to push away the parts of us that we don't deem worthy.

The frustration,

The loneliness,

The isolation,

We cut off so that we can stay in a high vibe.

And yet those parts are actually what need are.

So this meditation is an invitation for you to slow down,

Come home to yourself,

Give these sweet pieces of your soul an opportunity to be seen,

Held,

And loved so that they too can come back and integrate,

Giving you more power to live out your purpose,

To feel good,

And to magnetize everything that you desire to you from a place of full coherence.

So as we begin,

Go ahead and find yourself in a comfortable seat.

Give yourself a nice big breath in,

Exhaling with a haaa,

Sigh as you release,

And then gently close your eyes.

From here,

We'll do a body scan starting at the top of the head.

Just tune in.

Bring your awareness down,

Your forehead,

The back of your head,

The space behind your eyes,

Around your jaw,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your heart,

Down your arms,

Through your belly,

Your sex,

Your hips,

All the way down through your legs,

The bottom of your feet.

And then from the bottom of the feet all the way back up,

The bottom of the feet,

Through the ankles,

The calves,

Around your thighs,

Your pelvis,

Belly,

Belly,

Heart,

From your hands up your forearms,

Shoulders,

Neck,

Jaw.

Take a nice big breath,

Sighing it out.

And I want you to go to the places in your body that are holding the most tension.

As you connect to the parts of your body that are holding tension,

Rather than trying to fix it or change it,

I want you to welcome this area of your body with your breath,

Your loving awareness.

As you breathe slowly,

Deeply,

Consistently,

Ask this area of your body that's so stressed,

What do you need to relax?

And as you do that,

Notice your breath get deeper as you listen for the answer.

Once you've received your answer,

Just take a big breath and this time let it out with a loud,

Making a primal sound.

You can gently shake out your body,

Take your fingertips so lovingly and give yourself a gentle massage.

And we'll do that again to another part of the body,

Finding a place that might be in pain or holding some sort of tension and then with loving awareness,

Sending the breath to that body part,

Welcoming this piece of you that is desiring your full awareness.

And as you give yourself this full awareness,

Notice the shift that happens naturally,

The breath begins to deepen,

The space in your body expands.

As you once more,

Ask this part of you,

What do you need from me?

And without judgment or shame,

Allow the answer to come to you intuitively and trust,

Trust,

Trust what comes up.

As you take a few nice deep breaths,

Letting that tension fully go,

Saying yes,

Thank you for informing me.

Just shake that out,

Move the body,

Thank the body for its wisdom as we do this one final time.

Any other tension,

Perhaps it's not tension in the body,

Maybe it's stress in your energy field,

Frustration,

The mind might even be overactive and just welcoming it,

Piece of you,

What it needs as you send your loving breath once more.

And again with your hands,

Just giving that body part some TLC,

Acknowledging and thanking yourself for being available for this conversation.

We'll take three deep breaths together,

Making whatever sound wants to be moved,

It could be soft,

It could be big,

It could be a lion's breath,

Whatever feels resonant to this practice for you today.

Last one,

Inhale and hold your breath and feel yourself so full of life and of connection,

Acceptance.

Sip in a little bit more air at the top of your breath,

Pull up on your sex and low belly,

Feel full,

Feel full and settle into this state of relief.

And in this state of relief,

I want you to imagine all of the things that burden you and challenge you,

Gather them up in front of you and imagine giving this part,

These parts of yourself a big,

Beautiful hug and just say to them,

I see you,

I hear you,

Hear you finally still holding these parts of you feeling so gentle.

I invite you to say I'm willing to show up for you because you are just as lovable and worthy.

And as you begin to truly love and show up for yourself,

Notice that the parts calm down,

Show up and be a part of your life.

And as you feel this rich connection,

A sacred connection,

Continuing to hold these parts of you,

Allow them through this hug to nestle into your heart,

Become one with you.

You can always hear when they start to ask for something,

How to support them so that all of you can be relaxed.

We'll end this practice with a big,

Beautiful breath,

A nice gentle exhale.

With your eyes still closed,

Gently taking your hands,

Your fingertips and ever so lovingly from the top of your head down your face,

Around your lips,

Over your neck,

Both of your hands and fingertips just lovingly touching all parts of you,

Letting you know that you are fully present,

Available and here to love,

Honor and support of you.

With a sweet,

Gentle,

Heart full of gratitude,

Send this energy through your hand all the way down to your toes.

You're ready,

Feeling the integration,

This beautiful loving energy you've enveloped yourself in all around you and within you.

Gently blink your eyes open and welcome yourself back into a beautiful day.

Thank you for doing the work to love all of you because all of you is necessary and worthy of living a life that is beyond blessed.
