12 Chakra Recharge Guided Meditation

This meditation will harmonise, align and recharge your 12 chakras that run from your Golden thread down your central column and into Mother Earth bringing about feelings of peace and connection. In this guided meditation we are going to connect with the energy of each chakra, creating an energetic figure of eight, the infinity symbol between the front and back of the chakra using the associated colour and saying an affirmation.

Welcome to this guided meditation to harmonize,

Align and recharge your 12 chakras.

My name is Manya Welch,

Creative Light Alchemist,

And I'm here to support you connecting and aligning to your soul essence to bring more inner wisdom,

Gifts and clarity into form.

This meditation will harmonize,

Align and recharge your 12 key chakras that run from your golden thread down your central column and into Mother Earth bringing about feelings of peace and connection.

In this guided meditation we are going to connect with the energy of each chakra creating an energetic figure of 8,

The infinity symbol,

Between the front and back using the color frequency and saying an affirmation.

You can say this affirmation out loud or silently and as you say it visualize the color for that chakra in this figure of 8 from the front to the back.

I will guide you on the color and affirmation and we will do all 12 chakras.

We start this meditation by calling forward our star family and guides of the highest divine light frequencies to step forward and support us as we harmonize our energy centers,

Our chakras,

To allow and restore the energy and creative flow along your golden thread,

Your stream of light.

We set our intention to use this technique to harmonize the energies that is easeful for our human form at this time.

You will only take as much energy as your body needs to reset,

To bring your awareness to a place of peace,

Inspiration and connection.

Find a comfortable position and taking some deep breaths,

Start to feel your body relaxing with each inhale and exhale.

Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Breathing deeply and naturally now.

Inhaling unconditional love,

Exhaling any fears and doubts to the light.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Inhaling,

Feeling yourself relaxing deeper and deeper and exhaling,

Relaxing more and more.

Feeling a deeper connection to the energies in your body,

Feeling waves of energy traveling through your form.

Bringing your awareness now to your earth star chakra.

This chakra is below your feet and is a deep brown green color.

Weave this color into an energetic figure of eight flowing between the front and back of the chakra and we say the following affirmations.

Mother Earth supports me and meets my needs.

Seeing the chakra shining brighter,

Mother Earth supports me and meets my needs.

Feeling this chakra expanding and being charged,

Mother Earth supports me and meets my needs.

Taking your awareness now to your root chakra.

This chakra is located at the base of the spine at the perineum.

This chakra is red in color.

Weave this color into an energetic figure of eight flowing between the front and back of the chakra and we say the following affirmation.

I release all fears and doubts.

Seeing the chakra shining brighter in this beautiful red hue,

I release all fears and doubts.

Feeling the chakra expanding and being charged,

I release all fears and doubts.

Bringing your awareness now to your sacral chakra located below the navel.

This chakra is orange in color.

With its red hue,

Expanding and creating a foundation of seventh safety.

Down to your earth star,

This earthly brown green color,

Connecting to the infinite abundance available from Mother Earth.

And all the way down into the heart of the earth,

The divine connection between the form and formless.

From the divine energies and into form.

Starting now to bring your awareness back to the room.

Wiggling your toes and your fingers,

Slowly opening your eyes.

Coming back to the room now,

Bringing your awareness back.

Back now.

We have now harmonized,

Aligned and charged these twelve energy centers,
