Welcome to Yoga Nidra for Abundance and Prosperity.
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Laying on your back and taking the time to make any adjustments necessary to feel fully supported and at ease.
Please make sure you're comfortable and then fine tune your comfort even more.
I'll guide you through the practice,
However you don't have to listen to everything I say.
It is perfectly fine if you drift off sometimes so that my voice just becomes a safe sound in the background.
This practice is to give yourself permission to have abundance and prosperity in your life,
Whatever abundance and prosperity means to you.
I invite you now to set an intention that feels right for you today and for this practice.
This could be a cultivator mindset of abundance and prosperity in all areas of my life.
I am open to the flow of abundance and prosperity and welcome it into my life with gratitude.
I am worthy of abundance and prosperity.
I deserve to live a life of abundance in all its forms.
Whatever your intention,
Repeat it three times.
You can say it in your head or out loud.
And as you do so,
Recognize how your body feels as you say it.
Feel into anywhere in your body that opens to your intention or closes,
Feels constricted or blocks your intention.
Allow your breath to go to that place and feel the breath in that place without judgment,
Without holding on or trying to do anything.
Just noticing,
Simply witnessing.
If you haven't already done so,
I now invite you to gently close your eyes,
Allowing the external world to fade away as you turn your intention inward.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
And if you like,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely.
And then exhale fully,
Releasing any tension or worries with your breath.
Inhale through your nose and allow the belly to expand.
Exhale through the mouth with a sigh and relax the whole body.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.
As you inhale through the nose,
Create space.
And exhale to soften.
Two more times at your own pace,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Now shift your focus to your thoughts and emotions.
Notice any thoughts that come and go,
Allowing them to pass like clouds in the sky.
Acknowledging any emotions that arise and letting them flow through you without attachment.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Now I invite you to bring your awareness to your body,
Noticing any sensations that arise.
Without judgment,
Simply observe the physical sensations present in your body in this moment.
And as you continue to breathe deeply and fully,
Imagine a warm golden light surrounding you.
Enveloping you in a cocoon of safety and love.
This light represents the abundance and prosperity that are always available to you.
With each inhale,
Imagine drawing this golden light into your being.
Filling your whole self with a sense of abundance and prosperity.
With each exhale,
Releasing any doubts or limitations that may be holding you back from fully embracing this abundance.
Visualize yourself surrounded by all the abundance and prosperity you desire.
See yourself living your life filled with joy,
Contentment and fulfillment in all areas.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
And now we begin the body scan.
When I mention a body part,
I invite you to bring your awareness there.
And if you like,
Imagine filling that body part with the golden,
Warm,
Nurturing light of abundance and prosperity that is always available to you.
Starting at the right hand.

Index finger.
Middle finger.
Right finger.
Little finger.
The palm of the right hand.
Back of the hand.
Right wrist.
Lower arm.
Right elbow.
Upper arm.
Right shoulder.
Right armpit.
Right torso.
Right hip.
Right upper leg.
Right knee.
Right calf.
Right ankle.
Right here.
Bottom of the right foot.
Top of the right foot.
Right big toe.
Second toe.
Third toe.
Fourth toe.
Right little toe.
Now sense the whole right foot.
Moving awareness to your left hand.
To the left hand thumb.
Index finger.

Awareness now moves to the back of the body.

Moving to the right eyebrow.
Left eyebrow.
Right eyeball.
Left eyeball.
Right eye socket.
Left eye socket.
Right eyelid.
Left eyelid.
Both eyes.
Resting both eyes.
Moving to the right ear.
Left ear.
Right cheek.
Left cheek.
The nose.
Tip of the nose.
Upper lip.
Lower lip.
The line between the lips.
The corners of the lips.
Become aware of the jaw.
Inside the mouth.
Roof of the mouth.
Tongue.
Upper teeth.
Lower teeth.
Feel the moisture inside the mouth.
Moving attention to the middle of the throat.
The centre of the heart.
Upper abdomen.
Navel point.
Lower abdomen.
Moving awareness to the back of your body.
Feel the contact point between the back side of your body and whatever it is that you are laying on.
Feel the resting.
The whole back of the body.
The whole back of the body.
And now notice the whole front of the body.
Bring your awareness to both front and back sides of the body.
Awareness of the front and the back of the body at the same time.
The entire body.
Be aware of the entire body.
Let the whole body gently soften more and more into the surface you are resting on.
The body spreads a little wider with each exhale.
Feeling more and more spacious.
Feeling more and more accepting.
Feeling more and more allowing.
In this state of deep space,
Your intention can be heard and can be integrated.
If you remember your intention,
Repeat it to yourself in your most authentic heartfelt voice.
Allowing it to sink deeply,
Deeply,
Deeply into your subconscious mind.
And continue to repeat your affirmation,
Feeling it resonate within you with each repetition.
And know that this affirming truth,
You are aligning yourself with the infinite abundance of the universe.
Allow yourself to bask in the feeling of abundance and prosperity.
Letting it fill every cell of your being.
And know that you are worthy,
Deserving and capable of manifesting all your dreams into reality.
And when you feel ready,
Begin to gently bring your awareness back to your physical body.
Wriggle your toes,
Wriggle your fingers.
Slowly awakening from this state of deep relaxation.
Take a few more deep breaths.
Gradually bringing yourself back to full awareness.
Stretch and rock from side to side.
And then when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes and return to the present moment.
Carrying with you the knowledge that abundance and prosperity are always allowed in your life.
