Be where your feet are.
Ground yourself in the sights and smells and sounds,
The feelings of everything around you right now.
Turn off autopilot.
Autopilot forces us back into grooves and neural pathways that are no longer beneficial for us.
We want to move through this life on purpose,
With intention and drive.
It's time to check back in to living.
So with this next deep breath,
We are going to inhale the here and now,
And exhale the chaos.
