Sometimes we get so caught up in achieving the destination happiness,
Going from point A to point B,
And we're so focused on getting away from point A and arriving at point B that we forget all of the good stuff happens during that travel time,
The journey of the in-between.
Be here with me now.
Allow yourself to simply exist.
This is the moment that matters.
This is the only moment we ever have.
For as long as we contemplate the future and we plan and repair,
For all the time we've used in rehashing the past,
Only to land on this realization that this moment is the only one that truly matters.
So just be here with me now.
What are some of the physical sensations that you notice in your body?

Allowing your to-do list to fall from your mind?
Be at peace.
Connect with your nervous system.
Connect to your brain and your body,
To this grounding sensation of being here now.
Maybe this human experience isn't so much about the rat race of going from point A to point B,
Only to arrive at point B and find out that you now have to rush to point C.
Maybe this human experience is about learning to be in the now,
Giving yourself permission to simply exist.
