I invite you to explore a deep healing path,

That of your emotional triggers.

These sensitive points that sometimes without warning,

Make you fall into intense reactions,

These triggers often formed long before you could understand them,

Like energetic knots that tighten as soon as a situation brushes against them.

But tonight,

We will gently untie these knots,

Soothe these areas of sensitivity,

So that you can regain your emotional freedom.

To fully integrate the benefits of this meditation,

I recommend practicing it for 30 days.

This time is necessary for your subconscious to reprogram itself and release old emotional imprints.

Do not worry if you fall asleep during the meditation.

It is actually a positive sign,

As your subconscious continues to receive the messages and undergo its transformation even in sleep.

Now,

Make yourself comfortable in a position where your body can completely relax.

Take a few moments to adjust,

To find that perfect position that will allow you to journey inward without distraction.

The meditation will begin shortly.

Gently close your eyes and begin connecting to your breath.

Simply feel the air coming in and going out,

Naturally,

Without effort.

Let each inhalation bring you a little more calm,

And each exhalation release a little more tension.

Become aware of the space around you,

Then gradually bring your attention inward toward that sensation of presence that inhabits you.

Now imagine that a gentle,

Soothing light begins to envelop you,

A light that carries within it a special quality,

That of benevolent neutrality.

This light begins to diffuse around your body,

Creating a protective cocoon,

A sacred space where transformation can take place in complete safety.

With each breath,

Feel this light becoming more intense,

More present,

Completely enveloping you.

I invite you to bring your attention to your forehead.

Feel how this area can relax,

The small tensions there can dissolve.

Your forehead becomes smooth.

This wave of relaxation now descends toward your eyes.

Your eyelids become heavy,

The muscles around your eyes completely release.

Your jaw can now loosen,

Your entire face softens and calms.

This wave of relaxation continues its path,

Descending toward your neck,

Your shoulders.

Feel how your shoulders can lower slightly,

The relaxation spreads into your arms,

Your forearms,

Your hands,

To the tips of your fingers which can open slightly,

Releasing any residual contraction.

Your chest calms.

Your breathing becomes deeper,

More fluid.

A sensation of calm settles in your heart,

Like a gentle warmth that diffuses.

Your back relaxes,

Vertebra by vertebra,

Each finding its perfect place in this natural alignment.

Your belly relaxes.

All internal organs calm.

The abdominal muscles loosen,

Allowing your breathing to deepen even more.

This wave of relaxation now reaches your pelvis,

Your hips,

Releasing all tensions there.

Then it descends into your legs,

Your knees,

Your ankles,

And finally your feet,

To the toes.

Your entire body is now in a state of deep relaxation.

Welcome this sensation,

This lightness,

This tranquil presence.

While remaining in this state of deep relaxation,

I invite you to become aware that,

Like each of us,

You have sensitive points,

Emotional triggers that can sometimes cause you to react disproportionately.

These reactions are not flaws,

But signals,

Messengers from a part of you that seeks to be heard,

Understood,

Soothed.

Perhaps certain words,

Certain gestures,

Certain situations awaken in you a vivid emotion.

Perhaps it is anger,

Sadness,

Fear,

Or a feeling of abandonment.

These triggers formed throughout your history,

Often from experiences where you felt vulnerable,

Misunderstood,

Or hurt.

They have become like hypervigilant guardians,

Ready to sound the alarm at the slightest signs of similar danger.

But today,

In this space of safety and presence,

You can begin to transform them,

Not by fighting or denying them,

But by welcoming them with compassion,

Understanding them,

And offering them the healing they need.

I open myself to the possibility of transforming my emotional triggers into opportunities for growth and liberation.

Now imagine yourself in a magnificent garden,

A garden with colors both vibrant and soothing.

The air is gentle,

Perfumed with the essences of flowers and aromatic herbs.

A light breeze caresses your face.

In the center of this garden is a crystal fountain.

The water springing from it seems alive,

Luminous,

As if charged with healing intelligence.

You approach and sit on the edge of this fountain.

Looking into the crystalline water,

You begin to see images appear.

These images represent your most frequent emotional triggers.

Observe them with curiosity,

Without judgment,

As if you were watching a film.

Perhaps you see a situation where you feel judged or ignored.

Perhaps a scene where you are interrupted,

Where someone doubts you,

Where you are rejected.

Whatever image presents itself,

Simply welcome it.

And now observe how your body typically reacts to this trigger.

Perhaps tension in the chest,

A knot in the throat,

Tensed shoulders,

Heat in the face.

Recognize these sensations without identifying with them.

They are part of you,

But they are not you.

Now dive deeper,

Beyond the immediate reaction.

What lies behind this intense emotion?

What is the underlying belief?

What is the wound seeking to be healed?

Perhaps it is a fear of not being loved,

Of being abandoned,

Of not being good enough,

Of not being heard.

Listen to what this part of you needs to tell you.

Now imagine that from the fountain emanates a soft,

Healing light.

This light has the power to transform,

To transmute,

To heal.

It rises and envelops this image,

This scene that usually triggers you.

The light does not judge,

Does not force.

It simply offers a new perspective,

A new possibility.

It allows you to see beyond the automatic reaction.

Beyond the repetitive pattern.

Now imagine the same situation,

But this time you remain centered,

Anchored in your power.

Visualize yourself responding to this trigger with calm,

Presence,

Imagine that you can identify a cord,
