Today,
I invite you to go in search of the most important person in your life.
Not the version of you who says yes when everything in you whispers no.
Not the one who learned to smile to reassure.
To succeed in order to deserve a place.
To make himself small so as not to disturb.
The one from before the rolls.
Because sometimes.
.
.
From adapting so much.
We lose sight of ourselves.
We become what work expects.
What family hopes for.
And what others demand.
And one evening.
Without warning.
A question rises up.
And that question is.
.
.
Who am I?
Deep down,
Who am I?
Deep down.
When I am no longer any of that.
And if this question lives in you.
Rest assured.
You have never truly lost your way.
Who you really are is intact.
Simply covered over.
And tonight.
Layer after layer.
We are going to find it again together.
You may already have tried to manifest love.
Abundance.
And a new path.
You visualized.
Hoped.
Repeated positive affirmations.
And nothing came.
I would simply like to tell you that you are not the problem.
No one has ever really explained to you how this law works.
The state of mind.
The method.
The steps.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your trust.
Let us return to our meditation and so that this reunion with yourself can take root deeply.
Offer yourself this meditation for 30 consecutive days.
30 nights during which your unconscious will relearn the path.
That leads back to you.
And if you fall asleep while listening.
That is perfect.
Your unconscious already knows the way.
And will continue the journey.
Until morning.
Now,
Settle in for the night.
And this evening.
I invite you to seek the position your body takes.
When no one is watching it anymore.
This is not about a correct posture.
It is simply your position.
Perhaps an arm folded under the pillow.
Perhaps a knee drawn up.
Perhaps your hands open.
Listen to what your body is asking for.
And then.
.
.
When every part of you has found its true place.
Let your eyelids close by themselves.
Without forcing them.
Like shutters gently lowered.
Over a house that is finally lived in.
And now that your eyes are closed,
Bring your attention all the way down to the bottom of your body.
And imagine a warm.
Luminous sap awakening there.
Under your souls.
As at the foot of a tree on the first day of spring.
And this sap enters through your toes.
Which uncurl.
And your feet as a whole.
Yield to its softness.
And this sap rises into your ankles.
Which find their point of balance.
Then into your calves.
Which free themselves from the slightest effort.
Like a fabric that recovers its suppleness.
And imagine this sap continuing its ascent.
Calmly.
Towards your knees.
Which open from the inside.
Your thighs lengthen.
And take up all the space they need.
Your pelvis settles down.
Stable and calm.
As a peaceful base for your entire being.
The warmth climbs along your spine.
Vertebra by Vertebra like sap rising toward the branches.
And each vertebra it passes through stacks itself a little better upon the previous one.
At its rightful height,
In its rightful place.
And your belly calms and breathes on its own.
Your chest widens without effort.
And your shoulders unfurl like two wings that had been folded for far too long.
And this luminous sap now flows into your arms.
Your elbows.
Your wrists.
All the way to the hollows of your palms.
Which slowly grow warm.
Feel it return to your neck.
Let's go.
Then to your face.
Your jaw.
Which relaxes and releases.
Your cheeks soften.
Your eyelids rest like sand that rearranges itself after a wave.
And the tension in your forehead fades.
Your forehead smoothing out and becoming peaceful.
And at the very top of your skull.
The sap finally blossoms like a warm foliage.
And your whole body now rests.
As one single whole.
Alive.
Unified.
From the roots to the crown.
And in this unity found again.
Let an image come to you.
You are walking along a ridge path at nightfall.
In a gentle mist that has nothing threatening about it.
This mist.
You know it.
It is the mist of all the years spent being what you were supposed to be.
It wraps around you without weighing you down.
Under your steps.
The path slopes gently down toward the hollow of the mountain.
As if it knew where it was leading you.
You have nothing to decide tonight.
And as you descend.
You notice that you are wearing several coats on your shoulders.
Pulled on one over another for so long that you have forgotten their weight.
Feel it now.
This weight.
It presses on your neck.
It rounds your back slightly and holds your breath a little.
Then.
At the side of the path.
Flat stones appear like natural changing rooms.
On the first stone you remove the coat of the strong person.
The one who holds firm in all circumstances.
Here.
I invite you to take your time.
Simply feel your fingers undoing its fastenings one by one.
Feel the heavy fabric move away from your chest.
And notice what happens at the exact instant it leaves your shoulders.
Your shoulders that slowly drop.
And there.
You feel that a breath you had perhaps been holding back for years can finally escape.
Long.
Like a great sigh.
You fold this coat with respect.
Because it protected you.
And you place it a few steps further down on a second stone.
You remove the coat of obligatory niceness.
That coat that says yes to everyone.
This one fits closer to the body.
It tightens your throat and your chest.
Where so many words remained held back.
And in taking it off.
You might feel your throat loosen.
Your jaw rest.
A bit like a smile held for too long that finally fades.
And your chest might widen with all that it no longer has to hold in.
And now.
Fold this coat as well and set it down.
Say thank you.
And goodbye to it.
Lower still.
You take off the coat of deserving.
The one that made you run after the test.
The results.
And the approving looks.
It slides from your shoulders almost on its own.
As if it had been waiting only for your permission.
And immediately something slows within you.
Your legs no longer run.
The ground draws closer.
And your heart resumes its true rhythm.
The one from before all the races.
And as you go down.
The mist clears.
Because it was woven from those fabrics.
And with each coat you lay down.
You breathe more fully.
You feel the evening air directly on your skin.
Your body recovers its true contours.
And something within you whispers.
I finally remember.
Now the path opens onto a perfect hollow between the walls of the mountain.
Carpeted in dark moss.
And there.
At its exact center.
You see it.
A spring.
A basin of perfectly still water,
Where the first stars are reflected.
You approach.
This water never ripples.
It is waiting for you.
You kneel down gently at its edge.
You lean over the water.
At first.
The reflection is blurry.
And then very slowly.
The features gather and a face appears.
Your face.
But not the one in photos or mirrors.
The face underneath.
The one you had as a child.
When no one asked anything of you.
The one that looks like you.
Look at its eyes,
They judge nothing.
They recognize you.
And in this gaze exchanged with yourself.
I invite you to feel that warm point lighting up in the center of your chest.
Try to feel it there.
Very near.
And then.
.
.
From the bottom of the basin.
A small light rises.
A sort of golden pearl that ascends through the water without disturbing it.
It comes to rest on the surface.
Right in front of you.
This is the core.
The part of you that nothing can.
Ever.
Has been able to damage.
Neither expectations nor failures.
Nor years.
Hold out your hands like a cup and receive it.
It is surprisingly warm.
Slowly bring it up to your chest and let it pass through.
Settle in.
Take back its exact place.
That place it has been waiting for all this time.
I invite you to feel what happens from this rekindled center.
A clarity can spread out in a calm circle through your whole body.
And everywhere it passes.
It restores things to their rightful place.
Your tastes and your desires become yours again.
Your inner voice.
Perhaps long drowned out by the noise of others.
Recovers its tone.
And you recognize it immediately.
Drink a little of the spring water from the hollow of your hands.
It has the simple taste of things that are true.
And as it flows down inside you.
The spring entrusts you with the only thing it had to tell you.
Nothing of you has been lost.
Absolutely everything has waited here.
And before you leave.
Lift your eyes to the reflection in the water.
You see yourself in a few weeks.
You walk with a step that belongs to you.
You say yes when it is yes.
You say no when it is no.
And your face bears that tranquility.
Of those who know where they live.
Your unconscious takes a snapshot of this image right now and will make it a compass Night after night.
And without any sign.
The edge of the basin and the edge of your bed.
Become one and the same shore.
And you no longer quite know whether the dark moss has slipped under your blanket.
Or your room has opened onto the mountain.
And wherever you are,
You are at home now.
The mist unrolls and stays far behind.
And the air you breathe has the gentle freshness of spring water.
In your chest.
The golden pearl keeps watch.
Where there is nothing left to conquer.
Nothing to reach.
Nothing to prove.
No one to become.
And your body has grown heavy.
With a happy heaviness.
That of things finally returned to their place.
And the outlines of the mountain dissolve into textures.
The velvet of the moss somewhere beneath you.
The coolness of the stars somewhere above you.
Between the two.
Exactly you.
Without an extra fold.
Thinks within you,
Speaking more and more softly.
Like a voice moving away in a house.
Where all the lamps are being turned off one by one.
Except perhaps one.
The small light at the center.
Which does not need your eyes to shine.
And you can entrust everything to it.
It knows the path into your depths.
And it will watch over your reunion while you sleep.
And it is while listening to its steady beat.
That very gentle yes repeating at your center,
That you now drift.
Like a star sinking to rest at the bottom of perfectly calm water.
Into a deep sleep.
Complete sleep.
Where you will never again be a stranger to yourself.
And if you are not asleep yet.
I invite you to let the following affirmations.
Carry you into sleep.
Your unconscious will then take over.
I remember who I am.
Beneath all the roles my being has remained intact.
I belong to myself fully and peacefully.
My worth exists before any gaze.
I have the right to exist exactly as I am.
What I feel is a reliable compass.
I choose myself with gentleness and with strength.
Each night brings me closer to my center.
I am worthy of love without having anything to prove.
My inner voice grows clear and sure.
My heart knows what is right for me.
I walk at my own pace,
And this pace is the right one.
My desires and my dreams have the right to exist.
I rest in my own presence as in a warm home.
What resembles me returns to me now.
I come home into myself.
A little more deeply each night.
My light finds its full place at the center of my life.
My aligned choices nourish my joy and my health.
I welcome myself fully.
With my shadows and my brightness.
My authenticity attracts people who are good for me.
Peace grows within me.
When I remain true to myself.
I say yes when it is yes.
I say no when it is no.
The spring within me is intact.
Alive.
Inexhaustible.
Tomorrow.
I wake up closer to myself than ever.
