You will have the opportunity to return to what is essential.
That part of you.
That instinctively knows what is right.
It is like putting things back in order.
And returning to a natural balance.
This is not an instant process.
But a journey that requires patience and consistency.
I therefore invite you to practice this meditation regularly.
For at least 30 days.

Now take a moment to settle comfortably in your bed.

Slowly close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
Then exhale gently.
Feel your body sink slightly into the mattress.

Bring your attention to the top of your head.
And imagine a gentle warmth spreading across your scalp.
Relaxing every muscle and every follicle.
And as you breathe calmly.
Let this soothing sensation flow down over your forehead.
And allow any tension to dissolve.
Your eyebrows may begin to release.
As your forehead becomes smooth and serene.
Inhale again.
And as you exhale.
Let relaxation fill your eyes.
Your cheeks release and turn.
Your nose relaxes.
Feel your jaws loosen.
Your tongue can rest comfortably in your mouth.
Take a deep breath and exhale as you direct your attention to your neck and nape.
Visualize each vertebra aligning perfectly.
Releasing all the tensions stored there.
Let the relaxation spread into your shoulders.
Feel them slowly drop.
Freed from any burden.
With each breath you can feel the relaxation.
Moving further down.
Your arms grow pleasantly heavy.
Your hands loosen.
Each finger relaxes one by one.
Now bring your attention to your chest.
Observe the breath happening on its own.
Your chest rising slightly.
And allow this wave of calm.
To fill your heart and your lungs.
Continue to breathe gently as the relaxation reaches your abdomen.
Feel this soft sensation of muscles relaxing.
Your belly becoming supple and released.
And this soothing sensation now flows into your pelvis.
Your hips.
Releasing all residual tensions.
Your legs become pleasantly heavy.
Allow this gentle relaxation to flow along your thighs.
Down to your knees.
It releases your calves.
It relaxes your ankles.
Finally.
Focus on your feet.
Feel each toe relax.
The soles of your feet become completely calm.
Your whole body is now in a state of deep relaxation.
Take a moment to savor this feeling of calm and well-being that envelops you.
Now imagine a gentle light surrounding your body.
Creating a protective and soothing cocoon.
This gentle light slowly opens the doors of your unconscious.
Remain in this state of peaceful receptivity.
Ready to receive the images and sensations that will nourish your deepest being.
Now I invite you to visualize that you place your mind in your left hand.
Take a moment to observe it.
You Can you feel its weight?
Is it heavy or light?
Perhaps you can perceive its texture.
Is there an energy flowing in this hand?
Perhaps steady vibrations or movement.
Take the time to connect with these sensations.
Simply without judgment.
In your right hand,
Now place your heart.
What do you perceive?

Is its energy fluid?
Soothing.
Simply take a moment to explore these sensations.
To observe how they differ from those in your left hand.
Fully welcome these feelings with kindness.
Now that you are holding the mind and the heart.
One in each hand.
Take a moment to feel them fully.

Just let them be.
Now as slowly as possible.
Begin to bring your hands closer together.
And with each movement.
Observe what is happening within you.
