You are drawn to an object that shines in the distance.

You approach it and discover an ancient mirror,

Positioned to capture the beauty of your environment.

This mirror,

Reflecting the surroundings,

Suddenly becomes a portal to deep introspection.

You lean in to observe your reflection,

A mirror of your soul revealing hidden facets of your being.

In this reflection,

You are invited to recognize your wound of abandonment.

You simply need to feel its presence in your body.

Locate it.

Is it a tension in the chest?

A knot in the throat?

In the stomach?

Simply let this wound express itself.

Feel its texture,

Perhaps rough or smooth.

Its color,

Perhaps its scent.

Let it exist without fear or pain.

In recognizing it,

Perhaps you can feel a relief,

It is now time to turn to your inner child,

This little being source of love and comfort,

Let it manifest.

To your great surprise,

A kind of luminous and dreamlike bubble.

It is a bubble of consciousness,

You enter the bubble.

Inside,

A you freed from the wound of abandonment.

Observe how this future you stands,

How it interacts with its environment.

What is its posture,

Its gaze?

Feel its strength,

The confidence and serenity that emanate from it.

What changes has it made in its life?

How are its relationships at work?

In family?

In couple?

The freedom of being this healed and conscious you.

And know that feeling this future you allows you to create the reality that you are attracting.

It is happening now.
