Wherever you are,

Plant your feet firmly on the ground,

Take a deep breath in and hold it at the top,

Add a small gasp and sigh it out.

Picture a calm flowing stream.

Each breath is like a ripple on the water's surface,

The stream carries away stray thoughts and brings clarity in return.

Now inhale the fresh,

Crisp air of this scene and exhale the static noise in your mind and use the phrase,

I am here,

I am now,

I am here,

I am now.

Now imagine kneeling by the stream,

Dipping your hands into the cool,

Clear water and as you bring the water to your face,

Feel its refreshing touch,

Washing away any tension,

Fear,

Mental fog and listen to the soft murmur of the stream,

A gentle reminder that clarity flows naturally when we let go.

Now silently repeat,

I am centred,

I am clear,

I am capable.

I am centred,

I am clear,

I am capable.

Now take a few more depths and anchor into that,

Now return to your day with calm and renewed focus.
