Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it,

And slowly exhale.

See yourself standing high up on the side of a mountain,

It's crisp,

Not cold,

And below you stretches a wide and clear landscape.

As you breathe now,

Allow the cool mountain air to fill your lungs,

Bringing clarity,

Bringing focus.

The vastness reminds you of the big picture,

Grounding you in what truly matters,

And whisper to yourself now,

I see clearly,

I am here,

I can move forward.

Feel the breeze brushing against your face,

Carrying away tension,

Carrying away overwhelm,

Bringing peace.

Allow yourself this moment to appreciate stillness,

Calm of the mountain.

Allow it to remind you that clarity often comes when we rise above and look at things from a different perspective.

Open your eyes,

And with this clarity gleaned from the mountaintop,

Carry on with your day.
