Originating from ancient Buddhist traditions, the Loving Kindness Meditation, also known as Metta Bhavana, is a profound practice that promotes compassion, love, and goodwill. This meditative technique involves the cultivation of unconditional love and kindness towards oneself and others. A personal favorite of mine, to practice especially now.
