Be guided into your beautiful body to deepen the connection you have with what it's asking for and needing in any moment, in order to come fully into a state of peace and vitality. Carve out this space to observe and honor all of the signals and sensations that want to communicate with you, in support of your highest alignment. What are the whispers of your organs? What is your state of mind? How open are your energy centers? Where are you holding tension? Allow to melt and observe what is going on inside for a moment... and listen with all of your presence and awareness. Wishing you a sumptuous Starlight and Earthly softening.

Begin this meditation lying down.

Make sure that you feel bolstered,

Held,

Warm.

Create a nest for yourself so that your body can sink fully into the space,

Into the earth.

Allow to let go completely.

So whatever enables you to do this,

Make sure that you have this space set before you resume this meditation.

So maybe it's candles,

Crystals,

Flowers,

Blankets,

Everything that you need to support your body.

So that you hold yourself and the earth holds you.

The candlelight holds you in the flame of its light.

This meditation is to guide you into and around your body so that you can intimate and dialogue with its needs.

Your body is as ancient as the earth herself.

The fluids of your body are her body.

They're her rivers,

Her lakes,

Her oceans.

The bones,

Your bones,

Are the solidity of the mountains,

The structures.

Just allow this to sink into yourselves as you remember that your body is her body.

Completely integrated,

Spiritualized matter from the very essence of her material soul.

Our earth mother,

Our divine earth mother.

Your beauty is her beauty.

Your structure is her structure.

Your flow is her flow.

Your heart is her heart.

Gravity,

Gravitas is the heart pull of our earth mother.

It's our core.

It's the way that we express through our spiritual essence naturally and without force.

If ever the body is out of alignment,

We create a malfunction or a block or an obstacle,

An energetic block within the body and the system of its flow so that we can let ourselves know how to let go and get back in the flow.

The symptoms that arise in our own body,

We create consciously or unconsciously so that we can come to know how to come back into alignment.

The only question ever needs to be,

Body,

What do you need?

What do you need from me to feel at ease,

At peace,

Comfortable,

Peaceful?

The body wants you to express,

To release,

To excrete anything that's being held in the body that does not serve your highest good.

Your body,

However it creates symptoms,

Knows only of your best interest.

As soon as these symptoms arise or if they arise,

It's because we are not listening energetically to what's required of us to align in the highest way.

So the body starts speaking,

It starts calling,

Maybe it's gently to begin with.

And then these calls,

They get louder and louder and more pronounced until we listen,

Until we stop for a moment and take the space,

Make the space to hold our bodies with the sacred attention that it deserves.

When we honor the body,

When we make this pledge,

The sacred vow to honor what our body needs,

Then we align with our highest expression,

Honor.

Breathe in deeply into your magical body with every inhale,

You soften,

Soften,

Soften,

And allow to let go.

Let your body know by speaking aloud that you're here to listen to it.

Start to scan your body.

Notice any areas that are holding tension,

Any areas that feel blocked.

And I also want you to call into your conscious awareness,

Anything in your life recently,

Or not so recently,

That has brought discomfort to your body.

I ask you to call it in with the intention to let go.

And discomfort so it is no longer held in your field.

Allow your attention to wander intuitively around your body in no particular order.

And if you feel a little bit of discomfort,

Around your body in no particular order.

And if you find any areas that feel aching or heavy,

Murky,

Tight,

Breathe your loving light and new force energy into your places of tightness.

And as you exhale,

Allow all of these holdings to be released back to source with the love as the only force.

Imagine there is a golden light,

It's like a torch that's hovering above your body.

It's like a torch that's hovering above your body.

It starts to scan your body.

You don't have to do anything with this light,

But it just knows where to go so that it penetrates any places of holding.

So,

This light will bring any holdings that are in your subconscious to your conscious awareness.

Just allow this light to wander.

Just allow to open into this space and into this golden light.

And it's finding its way.

The way that we show up for our body is by creating beautiful boundaries of energetic enchantment.

It means all the time in every moment of our life,

Honoring what feels good and true and sweet in our body.

It means showing up and saying no,

If it does not feel positive.

If any experience or person brings any sensation of contraction,

Of heaviness,

This is not okay for the body.

And in order to rise into the light,

We need to surround ourselves only in the light.

Going into places,

Experiences,

And interconnections with people that feel amplifying,

Celebratory.

Creating experiences where you feel in your power.

Your body wishes to be in your power.

Your body wishes to be seen in all of its beauty.

You are beautiful,

Exactly as you are.

In all of the ways that you exhibit and express,

You are beautiful.

And your body will find great peace when you allow it to express as it needs to.

If you think for a moment,

Feel for a moment,

All the ways in which the body excretes,

It means speaking your truth,

Your truth to the world.

It means speaking your truth.

It means letting go of all control.

It means really creating the strongest of boundaries that are unwavering in the protection of your expansion and rise for the greatest good of all.

Physically,

The way your body excretes,

The way you sweat,

The way you release emotions that pass and want to pass through your body.

Do you allow them to pass,

To flow without attachment?

You are not the feeling.

The feeling is the healing.

When you allow it to flow through you,

It leaves your energetic system and creates space for the new.

The way that the body physically expresses and excretes is a direct correlation to emotionally and energetically how we allow to let go.

So observe in the way that your body functions.

How easily do you express your truth?

How easily do your bowels release?

How easily,

If you're a woman,

Do you menstruate?

How easily do you sweat?

I invite you now to ask your body what it needs and allow any immediate answer that comes.

Body,

What do you need?

And then ask it again.

What do you need,

Body?

Ask it as many times.

Maybe the answer is different each time.

Ask it as many times.

Maybe the answer is different each time.

The body does not want you to stay in places of comfort.

Your body wants you to expand and grow and rise and shine your light.

Your body wants you to be seen,

To be heard,

To be celebrated in your beauty.

Your body wants you to share all of your gifts.

Breathe deeply into your heart space and make the commitment in this moment to regularly check in with your body and ask what she needs.

And ask what she needs.

Listen to the answer without judgment.

Do not deny the answer.

Allow it to exist.

And pledge to open for any action that is required to bring your body into peace and greater alignment with your highest good and your purpose for being on earth.

Commit to honoring what feels good in your body.

Commit to letting go of anything that makes you feel contracting,

Inhibited,

Restricted.

Let it go for the greatest good with all of your appreciation for everything that it showed you and taught you and gave you.

Maybe in some moments it brought you great growth,

Great pleasure.

But allow to let anything that needs to go back into the flow,

Any things that are not harmonic in your body to dissolve into the eternity of it all.

Say thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you for all that the feeling,

The person,

The experience gave you,

Taught you,

Brought you.

And stay in this space of let go for as long as you need.

Embrace your body.

Love your body.

Cherish your body.

Stroke your body.

Bring it tenderness.

The body has no need for physical symptoms when we listen.

And as soon as we resolve with an action,

The feeling dissolves too because it no longer has a purpose.

So invite the truth of your body in every moment of every day and connect to its ancient intelligence and truth.

Whenever you're ready,

Gently,

Very gently start to wiggle your body and come back fully.

Maybe twisting your spine a little bit,

Rubbing your hands,

Bringing back heat.

Bringing that heat into any part of your body that needs it and saying,

Thank you,

Body.

I love you,

Body.

Affirm with me three times.
