Meditation For Forgiveness

A supportive and field clearing Forgiveness meditation for anybody feeling like they are finding it challenging to let go of emotions relating to another person, or if forgiveness of self and past actions is required to make space for new energy to enter the body. Allow to soften into a space of release, of any and all negatively charged emotions that are inhibiting you from creating the magic you wish for in your life and in relationship.

I invite you to wear white for this meditation to symbolise purity and cleansing and release of anything heavy that's in your field that is obstructing your path of the highest light.

This forgiveness meditation can be used either for yourself if you feel like you have acted in a way that has caused harm to yourself or others,

Or if others have caused harm to you,

You can use this meditation to deepen into a state where you allow the pain or the hurt that was caused to be released,

Knowing that everything that you experienced or created,

Both,

Was there to serve both of you in healing or to serve yourself in healing and releasing an old wound.

You may also wish to have a candle and some salt.

I love to use rose salt,

Himalayan rose salt.

The pinkness,

The softness,

Brings that quality of compassion and a glass of purified water and any other things you wish to have around you that create a sense of calm and a space that you can drop into,

And anything that brings this energetic frequency of forgiveness,

Of compassion,

Of self-love,

And acceptance of others,

And acceptance that we are always,

All of us,

In the moment doing the best that we can.

So maybe you want to create,

I love to create,

A circle around my body of different objects that feel like safety to me,

It could be flowers,

It could be crystals,

Anything,

Anything that creates this energetic boundary of enchantment all around your body,

And then within that circle,

It could just be leaves all around your body,

It can be pebbles,

Anything,

Anything,

It's just the symbol of drawing the circle around your body.

And within that circle,

Make sure that you're comfortable,

You've got something comfortable to sit on,

And that you're able to let go of all of the distractions,

And you have your water,

And your salt,

And anything else that you wish to have within the circle.

Take a really comfortable position within your circle of enchantment,

Knowing that you have created this boundary of enchantment,

That you always can create this boundary of enchantment energetically anytime you wish,

Calling in a circle of white light,

Of golden light,

All around your circle,

That holds your circle.

This light is bathing your entire energetic auric field in this light of purity.

It's cleansing your field,

It's protecting you,

It's holding you in the embrace of the highest light,

So that you can melt into your circle of forgiveness,

Into your circle of compassion,

And release anything that's heavy and in your field that needs to be released,

So that you can make more space,

More space,

More space,

For the new life force,

For the expansion,

For the newness,

For the invigoration,

For the expansion,

The expansion,

The expansion,

So that you can rise into your light,

Sink into your circle,

Breathe this new life force energy with every inhale into any parts of your body that feel tight or holding,

That need to be reminded to let go,

And soften,

And allow.

Notice if your body wants to sway a little bit,

Or a lot,

Whether you can feel the energy in the room working through your body.

So long as your spine is straight,

I invite you to bring this movement,

Allow this movement,

Allow this beautiful space of purity that is being created around you right now.

I want to show you how your body wants to move.

How does this energy feel?

Maybe it makes you want to rip a little bit your spine,

Or sway like a willow tree in the wind.

Just observe and allow your body to gently move out of stasis.

When we allow this flow,

This gentle movement,

We shift out of the masculine rigidity,

And we soften into a place of open femininity,

Of fluidity.

And in this way,

Whatever needs to flow away,

Can flow,

Flow,

Flow away.

Breathe in to those spaces that need to soften.

Each time melting,

Melting,

Melting,

A little bit more,

A little bit more.

As you melt,

Your heart opens more and more.

The white and golden light,

It circles you,

Surrounds your circle,

And then starts to weave in between all the spaces that you've created with your objects of your circle of enchantment.

It starts to dance around you.

Observe how this light appears,

How it entangles with your auric field,

How it enters your space with its warmth,

With its light of purification,

This golden light of warmth,

The white of purity,

The gold of the sun,

Of the heat,

Burning the welcome,

The white,

And the light,

And the heat into your space with an open embrace.

Imagine you are the center of a fountain.

You are the fountainhead,

And around you,

There's a basin.

Your circle is now the base of that fountain,

And it holds water.

This is a basin of absolute purity,

Absolute cleansing,

Absolute love.

It has the temperature of water,

It has the temperature of love,

It does not disturb your body temperature at all.

You only feel purity.

This water,

Imagine,

Starts to come up through your root,

Up all the way through the center of your body,

Out of your crown,

And then flows over and down back into the basin,

Where it can come up and down,

Where it can come up again through your root.

It patterns around you like the pattern of the magnetic field,

The pattern of the feminine,

That moves and carries,

Causes migration,

And carries,

Can carry,

And support you carrying your heaviness,

Any heaviness away.

Breathe in this light,

This love,

This fountain of purification.

Now,

I'll acknowledge any sensations,

Any movements still that the body wants to make,

Any sounds of release,

All sounds and any sounds of release are welcome.

You are invited to release those sounds on your exhale.

It could be a sigh,

It could be a scream,

It could be a song,

Anything.

It is wanting to be an expression of release.

And as this fountain is moving,

Up and over and through,

Down back into your basin,

Back up again,

Out of your crown.

Every time it overflows,

It's cleansing more from your field,

So you're feeling lighter,

You're feeling held.

Any murkiness is dissolving now,

It's dissolving now,

It's dissolving now.

There's nothing to do,

Nothing for you to do or accomplish,

Achieve.

Just open it,

Your field to be cleaned and cleared.

Just open it,

Deep breaths in and out.

With every exhale,

We release and forgive.

I invite you to bring to your heart,

Mind,

Any places or thoughts or people,

Engagements that you feel could do with some forgiveness,

Some softness.

Knowing that the only way we dissolve a harshness is with our softness,

With our openness,

Through our open hearts.

Bring to mind any topic,

Any theme,

Any people or yourself,

Any actions that you have taken part in.

And allow them to be cleansed by the water,

By the light.

Let go,

Let go,

Go and rise into your light,

Into your light,

Into your brightness and into your mighty power.

With every intention of forgiveness,

With every expression of forgiveness,

With every allowance of forgiveness,

More space is there,

More space opens up,

More lightness,

More ease,

More grace.

Infuse any heaviness with all of your compassion.

And observe these heavinesses,

These murkinesses.

Transform now into the light.

Open with your deepest appreciation and widest opening of your heart,

And do this as many times as you want until you start to fully come back into your body.

Maybe you even want to rub the soles of your feet together,

We don't do that so often,

But it's a really beautiful way to come back into the body.

And then drinking your water and maybe even playing a beautiful song that resembles,

Represents,

Symbolises forgiveness for you and staying within your circle of enchantment for as long as you need.
