I Am Safe Here Meditation For Root Chakra Balance

A supportive guided meditation to bring nourishment to an unbalanced Root chakra. As we are all called to come into our highest expression, radiating our light and spiritual essence authentically, it can be a powerful part of our ritual and prayer to dedicate time and space to our Root of belonging, so that we feel held, protected, and strong in our I AM presence and being.

Journey with me in this starlight, devotional meditation. Sink for a while, surround yourself in softness, and allow to be embraced in love and light.

You are completely safe and held in the cosmic womb of our Mother.

In your process,

In your continual transformation,

As you alchemise and shift into higher aspects of your being,

You are fully protected.

Everything that you need on your path will be provided for you.

When you open your heart,

When you trust in the unseen,

In the deep feminine,

In the magnetic,

In your magnetism,

Whatever you open for,

You will receive.

Whatever you focus on,

You will create.

I invite you to send your attention to all the ways in which you are held,

In the space of your home,

In your relationships and friendships,

By the earth and all of her produce,

All of the gifts that she births so that we can be sustained as a part of her body,

All of the gardens and trees and creatures on the earth that nourish us,

All of the ways in which money as a feminine energy has provided things for you in your life that have brought you great pleasure,

Contentment,

Brought you further into your purpose,

Allowed you,

Enabled you to create.

Our safety is so connected with our root chakra,

Our sense of I am,

Our sense of belonging,

Of feeling like we fit and that it's safe to be authentically ourselves,

Exactly as we are intended to be.

My mother is saying,

Be who you are,

Be who you are,

In all of your weirdness,

In all of your specificity,

In all of your individuality,

In your essence,

In your divine spiritual feminine essence,

Which is entirely unthinking.

Your light is your godliness and it keeps you safe.

When you radiate your light,

You create this magnetic involvement all around you.

So when you permit to allow your heart desires,

Your heart impulses,

Your heart pulls and wishes,

You create your own safety.

You don't have to think about it at all.

You are inherently safe.

You protect yourself in all directions.

Visualize yourself sat within an octagonal template.

Your root is anchored absolutely into the center of this octagon.

What material is this octagon for you?

What temperature?

What texture?

What material of the earth?

Is it crystal?

What crystal?

What color?

What thickness?

How do you visualize this octagonal seat,

Your throne for this meditation,

The anchor point for your root?

Eight is the number of leadership,

Of dynamism,

And it is the lunar number of the feminine.

It is the symbol of the canal through which the light,

The god seed of light was birthed through the mother of God.

In this geometry,

You are held,

Anchored and fully protected in your leadership,

In your sacred feminine essence and in the light of your heart.

Allow to relax into this geometry and the geometry of you,

The perfect geometry of you.

This octagonal template is bringing stability,

It's bringing safety and light,

It's bringing warmth to your root.

Whisper to yourself,

I am.

To begin with,

Just I am.

I am this perfect part of all creation,

Existing perfectly as you are right now.

Settle into this space of complete safety.

It is the feeling of safety and belonging that exists for you in every moment of your life,

Because of your very existence in this perfect web of creation.

This complex,

Intricate,

Divinely inspired and created,

A continual improvisation of which you have an integral part to play.

And in your naturalness,

In your truth,

In the honesty of who you truly are and what you came here to be,

In your heart and through your heart expressions,

You hold yourself in your own light.

You create the magnetic field and wrap around you.

You are the captain of your ship.

You pull the strings,

You say yes or no,

You choose,

You regulate,

You decide.

Breathe deeply into your heart cavern and with every exhale,

Release any fear from your system.

Inhaling deeply,

Up through your root,

Anchoring this octagonal template into your system,

Allowing the geometry to merge with your body and activate all of your cells,

All of your systems are listening,

All of your organs,

Your waters,

Your blood,

Everything is listening and all layers of your energetic body are activated by this template of safety.

Sink deeper into the earth,

Observe how she holds you,

How she always holds you.

Every elemental aspect of nature is there to support you on your journey,

Whatever you need you can ask for,

Finding the balance always.

If the energy feels fast,

How can I slow it down?

If I'm slow and sluggish,

How can I speed it up?

What element is required?

You can ask her in any moment.

Do you need fire to burn away fear,

To ignite,

To bring you into your full purpose and mission?

Do you need insights?

Do you need the element of air?

Do you need guidance from your guides in the spirit realm,

From your highest self,

From the celestial dragons of pure power with their divine wisdom and light codes for our future earth?

Do you need earthing?

Do you need to ground?

Do you need to bring your belly to the soils of our mother's body?

Do you need water?

Do you need to be more adaptable to flow,

To be supple,

To release any holdings?

Allow these expressions of our earth in any moment to take care of you.

She will welcome you in every moment that you need her and ask for her,

As an aspect of her.

We are all rising together.

A huge white lotus appears.

It's so pure.

It appears at your root,

In the centre of this octagonal template and it starts to expand.

It begins the size of your root and it grows.

It's breathing to fill the entire octagonal template upon which you sit.

Feel these lotus petals unfurl around you.

You are fixed in the centre of this lotus.

You are held on the top of its stem,

Perfectly poised.

Feel the texture,

The aliveness of the petals touching your body,

Brushing your skin and folding all around you until you are held by all of these petals.

So many white lotus petals,

Infinite.

The essence of the white lotus is infusing your body and delicately arranging your energetic field into this frequency of purity,

Safety,

Light.

Observe what the white lotus is bringing to you.

How is she speaking to you?

The essence of the white lotus,

Held within the geometry of eight,

The geometry of the octagon.

And really this vibration of your leadership,

The way that you're here to lead your life.

Breathe her into your body and still releasing on every exhale any fear,

Any doubt,

Any obscurations are being dissolved by the purity of the lotus so that you can see clearly,

Feel clearly,

So that you can come fully connected with your instinct,

With inspiration,

With intuition,

This internal knowing.

You are embraced in so many ways,

Materially,

Spiritually.

It's safe to let go and surrender.

Let go of the holdings,

Let go of any heaviness,

Let go of any limitations.

The pillar of the lotus is now in light form and it starts to move up through your root and into your body gently.

It's creating this pillar of strength and it's ascending through your spine,

Through your central column so that you can fully be infused with its essence.

On the very pinnacle of its stem is a crystal that carries violet and gold light.

It is this multifaceted raw crystal of the most beautiful royal regal light.

These lights are purifying,

They're deeply cleansing and as this stem of the crystal at its pinnacle ascends through your body,

The crystal spins at each energy centre.

Allow it to rest in each point of your root,

At your sex centre and guide it at the speed that you wish it to turn.

This gentle penetration of violet and gold crystalline light percolates out,

Radiates out after it turns through each energy centre,

Your navel centre,

Your power,

Your will,

Your inclination,

Your motivation,

Your fire,

Your action,

Your inspired action,

Your natural action,

Your strength,

Into your heart,

Your truth,

Your purity of intention,

Purity of desire,

Your openness to receive,

Your inherent worthiness to receive.

Into your throat,

It's asking you to speak your truth.

It's connecting your heart with your throat and with your solar plexus,

With your power.

Have no fear around speaking your truth.

You are highly guided to do so.

This sublime crystal is moving up past your throat,

Into your third eye,

Your soul light intuition,

Your temple space,

Your place of true vision and knowing,

Your place of epiphany and revelation,

Your place of knowings without knowing why or how but just knowing.

She asks you to trust in these sensations,

Trust in yourself,

Trust in what you know.

This light is still radiating out to every part of your body and into your field,

Out through your skin.

You are now vibrating with this purple,

Violet,

Royal violet,

Regal violet and golden light frequency held by the moist petals,

The alive petals of the white lotus anchoring deeper and deeper into the octagonal frequency and geometry.

This crystal now turns through your crown.

Now this light is running all the way through from your base,

From your root.

It is still clearing every energy centre,

Bringing stability,

Flow,

Warmth,

Security,

Safety so that you can fly,

So that you can butterfly.

The light can now move freely all the way through,

Up and down your spine.

You are a fountain of this light,

Luminous violet,

Luminous gold,

Purity of the white lotus.

Bathe here,

Offering our deep appreciation for this light,

For this healing,

For these blessings.

The divine mother asks,

What do you need to feel safe?

What enables you to surrender in this feeling of safety?

Maybe the answer comes,

Maybe there are multiple answers,

Or maybe the answers reveal to you in coming hours,

Days,

Weeks.

Allow this question just to be there,

Openly,

So that you can receive the ways in which you can move into positions of safe holding,

Safe feeling,

So that you can surrender into your truth.

The white lotus starts to move inwards,

Curl inwards,

Shrink,

It's returning to the shape and size of which it began.

Slowly all the petals touching your skin as they curl back inwards,

And this bud moves finally to this point of your root.

The lotus starts to dissolve,

But you are still held in its light and its frequency.

The octagonal template dissolves,

But you are still held in that geometry.

You are weightless and floating and safe.

The golden,

Violet light is all around you,

Is infused in your field.

Breathe deeply,

And just allow this activation,

This light,

These frequencies to do what they need to do in your body.

And to close this meditation,

I invite you to speak your I am's with boldness,

With immediacy,

With unthinkingness.

I am protected.

I am powerful in my essence.

I am spontaneous in my action.

I am loved.

I am love.

I am the pure light of my soul.

I am held in my process.

I am illuminated.

I am inspired.

I am capable of achieving everything that I desire.

And I'll leave this space for you to I am.

Speak into the ether,

Allow the sound to penetrate and to move things,

So that the universe is clear and can hear your I am's.

As you speak them,

You activate your field.

With these words,

They ripple out into the universe and you start to attract with that like vibration,

With others that feel I am loved,

I am protected,

I am safe.

Speak in the positive affirmative.

And whenever you feel ready,

Start to bring movement back into your body in any way that feels natural.

Rub your hands and bring fire back into your body.

Place your hands anywhere on your body that needs or intuitively pulls you to place your hands and infuse that heat.

And do it as many times as you want as you come fully back into your body.

The initiation,

For the safe holding as I,

We unfold continually into our highest expression on earth.
