For the beginning of this meditation,
If you can light a candle and so you have a flame,
This fire,
And you can feel its warmth,
Please have it with you and a glass of water,
A glass of purified water,
And anything else that you would like to collect and gather into your space that is symbolic of summoning in gentle fire,
Summoning in this quality of constancy and the source within you,
The fire within you that propels all of your actions.
It resides within every action that you make.
This fire is moving you towards your full purpose and full expression on earth.
Take a moment before we start this meditation to just press pause and to light a candle or light a fire if you're somewhere a little bit cooler and draw upon the heat of this flame,
Meditating upon where this flame emanates from.
Open to receive the source energy within this flame that is symbolic of your source energy.
And when you're ready,
Return to a comfortable seated position,
Spine upright,
Supported in any way that you need to.
Maybe your knees are supported.
You can be sat on the floor or on a chair,
But so long as your spine is straight and this channel running through the center of your body is clear,
Start to sink into your body,
Feeling your root connect with the earth,
Allowing the energy of our sacred earth to calibrate you to her frequency.
Feel the cyclical loop of the energy dancing out through the bottom of your body and up again as the earth,
Our sacred mother reverberates up and into you,
Anchoring you,
Anchoring you,
Calling you,
Calibrating you into your center,
To this place of peace,
Bliss.
You are fully protected.
Breathe in her spirit and with every inhalation and exhalation,
Melt,
Relax into her body.
Connect your body with hers in the way that you have always been connected since the beginning of her planetary existence.
You are one with our mother earth.
Feel the warmth of the flame that represents the heat that brings everything to fruition.
Feel the heat of the flame in front of you.
It is your fire for life.
It's animating you.
It comes from our central source and is intrinsically connected to your purpose.
This heat,
It represents the red king in you.
We're calling upon the masculine energy,
The solar principle,
The sun to bring in a constant heat,
A stable heat,
A gentle fire heat,
A stable heat,
A gentle fire so that we can come fully into our fullest expression continually,
With no place to arrive,
Ever evolving,
Ever expanding,
Fully spiritually aligned.
May the heat of this flame of our source dissolve all fear.
Breathe the heat into your body.
Allow every cell of your being,
Of your existence,
To soften and allow in the presence of the flame.
Allow in the presence of this heat.
Now bring to your mind,
Zai,
A forest.
Where are you?
How does this forest feel?
What are the trees like?
What season is it?
Conjure this image,
This place.
What is the weather like?
What can you hear?
And what can you see?
Start to walk through this forest.
Observing how your body feels in this wild,
Virgin nature.
Are there animals present?
How tall are the trees?
What is the message of this forest for you?
And how are you moving through it?
What does it call of you?
What is it summoning or activating or inviting of you?
Maybe you want to forage or dance or lie down.
Or sit.
Or climb a tree or hug a tree.
How do you feel here?
You are still fully protected by,
And always protected by,
The light of the candle of the source,
Flame of God's source.
Allow this heat to surround you whilst you navigate this forest.
Exploring any aspect of it that you feel compelled to.
As you come to the outer edges of the forest,
You observe a bridge.
And it carries you somewhere.
It's a bridge of transportation,
And it helps you to cross over to another place.
Where does it take you?
Where is it leading you to?
Keep walking and following the pull of your heart.
You're following your nose.
Your intuition knows exactly where to go.
It knows where you are going and knows where you need to go.
Where are you?
How does this new environment feel?
What was the bridge like?
How did it appear to you?
How did it support your crossing over?
At the other side of the bridge sits a male figure.
A father figure.
How does this figure appear to you?
How does this figure feel?
This figure is symbolic of the king residing in you.
And your inner source knowledge of how to balance your masculine energy with your feminine.
You are able to talk to this figure,
To this man,
And ask any questions that you wish.
Sit for a while with this man.
And see what arises for you.
Ask this figure what it feels like.
Ask this man what is required of you.
What is required of you to align with your purpose on earth?
Settle into the space with him.
And allow to receive all the information that is required for your soul's journey on this earth in this moment.
The information that is ready to be revealed to you on your path of enlightenment.
As you sit here,
The light of angel,
Archangel Uriel becomes present.
Angel Uriel's name is rooted in Or,
The Hebrew for light.
He stands before you with a torch,
A flame of God's source light.
He holds it in front of you and it illuminates you.
It illuminates your entire body.
Uriel's red light is also enveloping you.
His light is surrounding you,
Wrapping you,
And imbuing you with a warmth and a deep inner knowing.
He asks you to speak your truth,
To stand in your truth.
He asks you to put yourself forward,
Fearlessly.
His red light is activating your inner knowing.
You are fully connected with your inner source.
And have all the answers that you require.
Breathe in the red light of Uriel.
So that it infuses and activates and upgrades every cell of your being.
Every atom of your body is dancing in the light of angel Uriel.
Breathe this in.
Listen as angel Uriel speaks with you and leaves messages with you.
Open your heart to receive him.
He is here to support us creating our Eden on earth.
In using our will and intention to align all of our actions with our truth.
Whatever lights up your heart,
Follow it intensely.
Without any hesitation,
It's your way.
If you have any hesitations about anything,
He is bringing this light to bring you into a place of clarity.
All fear is being transmuted and alchemized now.
You're sinking deeper and higher into the light of Uriel.
Into the light of our God source.
Into your light.
This light is now in every bit of your body.
It's dancing through every cavity,
Every organ,
Every limb of your body and surrounding you inside and out.
The transmutation that will happen with the light of Uriel will stay after his presence moves away.
After this activation is complete,
Keep breathing in the light of Uriel.
He says if you're finding your edge of comfort and discomfort,
To allow the discomfort and know that this is your place of expansion.
Step deeper into this discomfort.
You will find your joy there.
It is not so unfamiliar as you think.
You know it actually well.
The unknown is actually truly known to you.
And you will remember.
Breathe in deeply.
The father you are sat with has a gift for you.
Open your heart and the palms of your hand to receive this gift.
In full appreciation.
What is the gift for you?
Allow this treasure into your space.
And just observe loosely the symbolism of this gift.
For it is to help you on your path.

Take a couple of minutes to observe how you respond now.

And when you are ready,
Slowly exit the forest the way that you came in.
And start to come back into your body.
Back into the space that you're in.
Thanking the father figure that appeared.
Sympathizing with you.
The father figure that appeared.
Symbolic of the Red King in you.
Your masculine aspect.
