Release the day and prepare the body for rest with this guided meditation and EFT Tapping. Knowledge of EFT points will be necessary. The music will continue for a few minutes after the meditation. Transcript

Take a deep breath and exhale slowly,

Feeling into your body and noticing the space around you.

Tapping gently on the side of the hand,

Repeat after me in your mind or out loud.

And as I reflect on this day,

I acknowledge any emotions and physical sensations that are present.

I choose to release the day and invite in a sense of peace.

I hold space for any achievements,

Large or small.

And also acknowledge the challenges.

Letting everything go now.

Eyebrow.

I release tension with each breath.

Side of the eye.

I release the day with love and gratitude.

Under the eye.

I allow my body to unwind and relax.

Under the nose.

I am ready to rest.

Chin.

I invite in a night of restful sleep.

Collarbone.

Letting go.

Under the arm.

Releasing the day.

Top of the head.

All is well.

Gently stop tapping.

Take a deep breath and exhale slowly.

Letting go of any remaining tension and allowing your body to relax into the support beneath you.
