Start your day with a moment of peaceful gratitude. Take a moment to notice how you feel before and after the meditation, and feel the beautiful energy of gratitude carried through your day. Take a deep breath and exhale slowly.

Repeat one more time,

Allowing your mind to slow down and your focus to go inwards.

Tapping on the side of the hand,

Repeat after me in your mind or out loud.

Really feel into each affirmation and what it means to you.

I choose to feel thankful for this day.

Eyebrow.

For today I set an intention to accept what is.

Side of the eye.

I'm now going to invite you to bring to mind five things to give gratitude for and I will say the words I am thankful for and give space for you to add something in your mind or out loud.

Take space to honour and acknowledge these things.

Feel into the area around your heart as you repeat.

I am thankful for.

Under the eye.

I am thankful for.

Under the nose.

I am thankful for.

On the chin.

I am thankful for.

Collarbone.

I am thankful for.

Under the arm.

Feeling into the area around your heart.

Give space for these five things and repeat.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Notice how you feel and take a moment to hold this space.

Top of the head.

Repeat after me.

I set an intention to carry this feeling of gratitude into my whole day.

Gently stop tapping.
