Today we are doing a throat chakra meditation.
Like I said,
A throat chakra meditation is not only going to help us vocalize and communicate better,
It is gonna help with physical illness symptoms such as sinus and mucus issues,
Sore throats and coughs,
Stuff like that.
This is going to activate the throat chakra,
Block it.
So if you guys are ready,
We are going to close our eyes and take three deep cleansing breaths.
So we're gonna breathe in,
Release,
Breathe in,
Release,
Breathe in and release.
So we're gonna be focusing on the throat chakra and the color of the throat chakra is blue,
A nice soft sky blue centered right in the middle of the throat.
So we're gonna focus all of our energy,
Our breath right in the middle of the throat.
Imagine that there is a little ball of blue and right now it's dull,
Just sitting there.
You can either imagine and see it or tell yourself that it's there.
And as you breathe in,
Know or see that it's beginning to start to glow and become a brighter shade of sky blue and start to spin clockwise very slowly.
So take a nice deep breath in and release.
Every time you breathe in and release,
Imagine it's like a windmill and it starts to spin just a little bit faster and glows just a little bit brighter,
Putting energy into it like a light bulb,
Spinning it faster,
It's glowing brighter and you can feel any tightness or tension in your throat begin to dissipate.
And as it starts to spin faster and glow brighter,
You may feel yourself want to say words out loud.
This is normal,
Just speak them,
Don't hold them back.
Anything that you're tempted to say,
Just speak it into existence.
And as you breathe deeply and release,
Just feel your throat relax,
Feel the words come to you and release them as well.
See the blue disc spin faster and brighter,
Faster,
Brighter,
With every breath you take in and out.
You may experience many sensations,
A tickle,
A cough,
These are normal,
Allow them to come and go as the sensations pass.
Keep breathing nice and steady,
Focusing on the chakra.
Don't hold back any words that you feel inclined to say.
Don't hold back any sounds that you feel you need to say or make.
If it's a hum or a sigh,
Do it.
And once the disc is spinning fully,
Completely brightened,
Take a moment and just allow that energy to circulate through your body.
Moment of stillness and quiet.
If you're still holding back the words that are coming to you,
Release them,
Speak them,
Be brave,
Be courageous.
You are brave.
You are brave and courageous.
As we end,
We're going to leave the chakra completely activated.
Just come back to center.
Take a deep breath in and open our eyes when we release.
So take a deep breath in and release.
