This mediation is designed to connect the 3rd eye and the Crown Chakra. By connecting these two chakras, one will be able to be open to communications from Higher Source. With this mediation, one will be given the opportunity to receive communications meant for them.

If you guys are ready,

We're going to take three deep cleansing breaths in.

So one in and out Two and out In and out Now we're gonna start with our neck nice and gentle side to side front to back Nothing too strenuous.

We're just trying to break up some of that loose stragnant energy And then we're gonna move into the shoulders And just do whatever feels comfortable we just want to break up anything that might be tense or You know Anything that could prevent you from you know,

Really relaxing we want to get the arms The wrists Fingers If you need to crack your knuckles to get some of that energy going And the ribcage and the back You want to really elongate your spine on this one because it's the channel between the crown and the root So if you can really take a moment to elongate that spine You're gonna go into your pelvic bone your hips thighs Your ankles toes and then one good long shake When you're ready Want you to imagine that there is a Cord a string of energy of light Connecting your crown chakra,

Which is right above your head and Your root which is right at your base of your spine Because your crown chakra is actually about two inches above your head a Lot of people imagine it going straight through and down their spinal cord It's usually the easiest way to visualize So What you're gonna want to do is imagine that there is light Connecting your crown to your root Straight straight down and every time you breathe that cord becomes warmer Brighter Stronger So you breathe in and you're strengthening that cord Breathe in Every time you strengthen this cord You're grounding your energy And you're becoming more focused Your thoughts become clearer You're actually becoming more More Centered more grounded in your thoughts You're allowing your brain the ability to have control over thought process Subconsciously and consciously So you want to keep breathing into?

Strengthening that cord so breathe in And breathe out breathe in Breathe out As the cord becomes stronger Becomes warmer becomes brighter Your thoughts tend to drift away faster And you become clearer It's easier to focus on your breath as you breathe in And breathe out You may notice tingles on top of your scalp This is normal As you begin to open your crown chakra,

You may receive subconscious downloads from the universe Simply ask that these be brought to your conscious mind And you may be able to receive intuitive hits throughout your day Of what you're receiving from universal source Just simply ask please Bring this forward now Or throughout my day That's what I do Continue to strengthen the bond between your crown And your root with each breath breathe in Breathe out breathe in Breathe out As the cord becomes stronger Try to stand or sit a little taller and stretch it Allow your body To stretch a little bit higher to give This cord more room to grow more room to gain strength More room to become stronger brighter Allow it to become more than it is Breathe in Breathe out We're going to take two more breaths And then we'll come back to center Breathe in Breathe out With this last intentional breath We seal this connection for the rest of our day For the rest of our day Allowing this centered and focused feeling to remain So we breathe in And we breathe out You guys can come back to center.

That felt good on my back I don't know about you,

But that definitely felt nice my back was feeling a little like I felt like I was getting compressed there for a second like There was a lot of pressure going on and it was just like okay stretch Thank you so much for being here And I will see you guys Saturday morning I hope you have a great rest of your day,
