Welcome Radiant Soul.

I'm Stacey and today's journey is called the cord cutting room.

This is about releasing energetic attachments.

This meditation specifically will help you release old energetic threads with gentleness,

Gratitude,

And clarity.

Start by settling your breath and let your body feel supported.

Whether you're sitting,

Lying down,

Allow yourself to feel every place that your body is touching the ground.

You are safe to release what no longer holds you,

What no longer belongs to you.

When you're ready,

Let's begin.

Start with a slow infill in.

Let it fall out naturally.

Feel your body relaxing into the support of the ground or the chair or the bed beneath you.

I'd like you to picture yourself walking down a smooth hallway.

It's filled with soft light.

The air is calm.

It's peaceful in a way that you may not have felt in a long time.

It's quiet,

Reassuring.

A door appears ahead of you.

There's a sign that says your cord cutting room.

Give yourself a moment to laugh at how direct this sign is.

As if you were walking down the hall trying to find the most obvious sign that this is where you need to be.

Place your hand on the door.

Feel a gentle pulse of recognition.

Now you know this is where you're meant to be.

Slowly open the door.

Inside you find a room glowing with a soft warm golden light.

At the center is a circular platform where you can see energetic cords that are appearing as threads extending from what looks like your body but you're in your body.

What you're seeing is an example,

A manifestation,

An opportunity to see a visual.

Walk up to this spectacle and look at these threads without judgment.

Some of these energetic cords are very thin.

Some are very thick.

Some are tangled.

Some are faint.

Some are short,

Long,

Bright,

Dark.

You see ones of different colors,

Shapes,

And sizes.

You don't need to know who they belong to.

You don't need to know where they connect to.

Right now just observe.

Observe without judgment all of these cords extending from your physical manifestation of your body.

As you're looking,

Allow one cord to start glowing brighter.

This is the attachment ready to be released right now in this moment.

Walk towards it.

Place your hands around that thread.

Take a moment to appreciate the texture,

The emotional temperature,

I'd like you to whisper gratitude into this cord.

Thank you for what you taught me.

You can rest now.

Watch the cord start to loosen of its own free will.

It's not cut or torn.

It's just released through consent and understanding.

Once it's completely disconnected,

It dissolves into a soft mist.

A soft blue light appears where the cord once existed.

This light seals your energetic frequency gently and protectively.

There's no sharp edges,

No emptiness.

It's just completion.

An ending that is finite for that one energetic cord.

Now imagine a shimmering field forming around your entire body.

It's a luminous layer of gold and white,

Blues and violets.

With every breath,

This field strengthens.

It becomes more sophisticated.

It leaves you feeling softer.

This auric reinforcement is now impenetrable to anything not aligned with your highest good.

Slowly bring your attention back to your physical body.

Take a nice deep grounding breath to give yourself time to feel the spaciousness created by this release.

Feel the light settle.

Feel the space that's been released.

Offer yourself gratitude for letting go with such tenderness.

When you're ready,

Turn around and walk back through the door and step back into your body.

Open your eyes gently.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Stretch if you need to.

Give yourself a little grace and a smile.
