Whenever you are ready,

Just close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

Focusing on your breathing allows you to quieten your mind.

And I would like you to take your first deep breath in,

Taking that breath all the way to the bottom of your spine,

Breathing in with your auric field.

And as you take your second deep breath in,

Take that breath all the way into your diaphragm,

Breathing in,

Connecting to your energetic field.

And as you take your last deep breath in,

Taking that breath all the way into your diaphragm,

Breathing in,

Connecting to your physical body.

And I would like you to bring to your awareness the stress that you have been carrying,

Not just today's stress,

But the weight of weeks and months and perhaps years.

Where does it show up in your life?

Is it the pressure of work,

When you wake up thinking about what you have to do,

How hard you have to work,

Never feeling you've done enough?

Allow this experience to come forward,

This chronic work stress that you've been living.

And as you do a body scan,

From the top of your head to the bottom of your feet,

Where does the stress live inside your body?

Take all your focus and your attention to that part of the body.

And I would like you to give it a colour.

A colour,

What colour would you give the stress?

If it could be a shape,

What shape?

How intense is it from a scale of zero to ten?

Zero being no intensity,

Ten being varying.

And what emotion and emotions does that energy represent?

Body,

Is it a dull ache,

A throbbing feeling,

A sharp pain,

Or just a tingling sensation?

And I would like you to take all your focus and your energy and attention to that part of your body,

That colour,

That shape,

That intensity,

Those emotions,

Those feelings.

And allow this energy to spiral anti-clockwise out of your body and come in front of you.

And connect to this energy,

This is your inner self.

It's been carrying the stress,

It's been pushing through,

Never stopping,

Never resting.

It believes you have to do it all,

Be it all,

Manage it all.

How does that part of you feel?

How old are they?

And I'm going to say some words and I want you to repeat those words in your mind's eye.

And if there's anything in addition that you would like to communicate to this part of yourself,

Feel free to do so.

You feel that rest must be earned and you feel guilty for stopping and you're terrified to slow down,

Like everything will fall apart.

And I see how hard you've worked and how much you're carrying,

The weight of never feeling like you're enough,

Never feeling like you've done enough.

And I can see that you're exhausted,

Not just tired from today,

But from a long time of pushing through,

Of never allowing yourself to just be.

You feel you should constantly keep doing,

Keep moving forward,

The constant pressure,

Like your worth is based on your productivity.

And I get you,

I get the mental load,

The never ending list.

The feeling that you're drowning in demands and the cost it has on you,

How relationships suffer with others and yourself,

With health issues that your body is signaling,

Hobbies impressions you've abandoned,

Life moments you've missed,

How work has consumed everything,

Leaving little room for joy,

Play and the person you are beyond your job title.

You feel the guilt when you attempt to rest,

The voice that says you should be doing something,

That relaxation is lazy.

You've lost touch with joy,

Presence,

With simply being,

Because you're always doing,

Always pushing,

Always future projecting.

But the stress pattern isn't your fault,

It's your nervous system way of letting you know it's time for balance.

And I'm so sorry you've had to carry this alone,

Being constantly drained and feel your worth depend on how much you do.

And I'm so sorry that I wasn't there for you,

Please forgive me for abandoning you in your exhaustion.

And thank you for being strong and taking time to understand what you need and what is important,

Understanding where you need to change,

Where you need to finally stop and rest.

I love you,

I love you enough to finally let you stop.

I love you enough to say you don't have to earn rest,

You don't have to prove your worth,

You are enough exactly as you are.

You're doing enough,

You've done enough,

You are allowed to create balance.

And nothing is more important than putting yourself first.

You are allowed to rest,

The world will not fall apart,

You won't be a failure,

You don't have to be perfect,

You don't have to do it all.

It is safe to rest,

It's safe to slow down,

It is safe to let go.

You have learnt that you can grow beyond this pattern,

You can handle stress differently,

You can find balance and you can make life more fulfilling,

Worthy of putting your needs first.

And you can see clearly what truly matters.

You can choose sustainable success over burnout,

Choose fulfillment,

Have meaningful relationships alongside meaningful work,

Reclaim joy,

Presence and vitality.

You can be successful and have a life.

These aren't opposites,

They're what makes success worth having.

You are strong enough to change this pattern,

To choose differently,

To build a life that doesn't require constant stress to function.

You don't need to abandon your strength,

Simply expand your capacity to include ease,

Flow and peace.

And so with love,

I let go of all contracts,

Force,

Decisions,

Vows,

Promises,

Karmic contracts,

Soul contracts that I have made to you or you have made to me that keeps me in this constant cycle of stress.

You are free,

I am free,

We are both free.

Spirit Guides,

Healing Team,

Loved Ones,

Universe,

Please release,

Remove and clear this energy from the cellular memory,

From the DNA structures,

From every cell,

Every nerve and every fiber.

I release it and I let it go.

Spirit Guides,

Healing Team,

Loved Ones,

Universe,

Please release,

Remove and clear this energy from all dimensions,

From all timelines,

From this lifetime or from any other lifetime.

I release it and I let it go.

And I would like you to bring this inner self back in front of you,

Connecting to the energy and kisses,

Kisses,

Compassion.

Allow this part of you to turn into a symbol,

A symbol of your choice.

And as it turns into a symbol,

See that symbol coming back towards you,

Towards your heart center,

Protected and reintegrated.

And as you take a conscious breath,

I command a healing of the highest order to upgrade our cellular memory,

Every cell,

Every nerve and every fiber.

Joy,

Happiness,

And allow yourself to bring a smile from deep within for the work you are doing.

That you have done.

And as you take a conscious breath,

To my voice,

To yourself,

Moving your fingers.

And whenever you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.
