With a background in exercise physiology & trainings in Vinyasa, Yin, Chair, Yoga for Menopause, & Yoga for Mental Health & Trauma Recovery, Kym combines science-backed knowledge with compassionate teaching. At Sparkling Soul Yoga, yoga is a practical tool for managing stress, improving sleep, building strength, increasing mobility and supporting overall health. Every class is designed to be accessible, inclusive and welcoming, meeting you exactly where you are.
