Welcome,
Dear one,
To this guided meditation to help you connect with your precious heart.
If you haven't already,
Now is the perfect time to find that comfortable space and gently close down your eyes.
Allowing your awareness to softly drift inside,
To your inner world,
Your inner sanctuary.
Beginning to feel into your precious body.
Just becoming aware of where you are at this hour of your day.
Checking in with how you're feeling.
Witnessing the thoughts you've been thinking.
And the sensations that are present in your mind,
Body,
And field.
And without judgment,
Just notice whatever is present for you now.
And then gently begin deepening your breath.
Inviting each breath to be a little softer,
A little slower,
And a little deeper than the way you normally breathe.
And as your breath deepens,
Allow yourself to settle in to the body,
To settle in to this beautiful moment in present time.
Allowing yourself to fully be where you are,
As you are.
And as your breath deepens,
Feel as your body naturally begins to relax.
And invite your mind to gently begin to slow.
Not needing to be anywhere else,
But here.
And as you breathe deeply and slowly,
Notice if there are any spaces in your body or mind that are gripping or holding on to tension.
And gently begin breathing in to these areas of your being,
And allow the breath to soften these spaces.
Invite the breath to loosen any grip and release any tension.
Allowing yourself to be fully present,
Fully here.
As you breathe deeply,
And allow the body and mind to let go.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Safe in this moment,
Held in this moment.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Softly,
And slowly,
Gently allow your awareness of the breath to drift into your sacred heart space,
In the center of your chest.
This precious place where many wise ones of time have said the soul or the self resides.
Let your awareness be with your heart,
Feeling the gentle beating of your heart,
Feeling the aliveness of your being.
And as you breathe into your heart,
Notice if you're still gripping or holding tension.
And with each breath into your sacred heart,
Allow this breath to release you.
Allow your heart to soften you.
Allow yourself to let go.
Allow yourself to be here,
Present and aware,
As your body relaxes,
Releases.
And as the power of your heart,
The essence of your soul,
Radiates throughout your body,
Mind,
And field.
Breathing deep,
Breathing slow,
Feeling the magnificence of your heart and truly letting go.
Allowing yourself to be fully here,
Fully present,
And as you continue to breathe softly,
And slowly,
Begin to feel the radiance of your magnificent heart.
Feel as your heart shines from the inside out.
Feel the love,
Feel the joy of this precious place,
The central sun of your being.
Bask in the brilliance of your heart.
Surrender to the love of your heart.
And with each breath into your heart,
Feel as your vibration rises.
Feel as the fullness of your being is nourished.
Present with your breath.
Present with your heart.
And allowing yourself to feel the brilliant light that you are.
Breathing deep,
Breathing slow,
Feeling the magnificence of your heart and letting go of anything that stands in your way,
Of fully dropping into the love and the light that you truly are.
Allowing yourself to be present with your own light.
And feel as with each breath,
Your light grows brighter.
Your heart beams out wider.
Feel the brilliance of your being.
Feel the truth of who you are.
And remember what you came to this earth for.
Remember what you came into this life for.
Remember your own light.
And the love that you are.
You are a brilliant light.
With a perfect soul.
You are already whole.
Just the way you are.
Remember your life.
Remember your light.
Remember your love.
And trust in this life.
Trust in your being.
Trust in your soul.
And if thoughts come in trying to distract you or convince you away from the brilliant light that you are,
Just simply notice whatever is arising now.
Trusting that it's here to show you where you're holding limited beliefs about who you truly are.
Allow these thoughts and distractions to help you bear witness to where you are not believing in your own light.
And simply thank them for arising.
And then with the power of your heart,
Allow these thoughts and limited beliefs to be transmuted and transformed into love.
And gently send them off back to their appointed place in the universe.
Far away from your fields.
Far away from your mind.
And allow yourself to return to the true knowing of the brilliant light that you are.
Trust in your light.
Trust that you are deserving of your own love.
No matter what has come before,
This moment is an opportunity to begin again.
To move on.
To move forward.
With this new knowing and remembering of who you truly are.
And with the next breath in,
Gently begin drifting your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you.
Allowing yourself to bring with you this remembering of your light and the love of your soul.
And when you find that you are ready.
And when you feel called.
Gently open your eyes.
And return to this world with an open heart and fresh eyes.
