Welcome,
Dear one,
To this guided meditation intended to take you within,
Into the depths of your precious heart.
If you haven't already,
Now is a perfect time to close your eyes,
Gently shifting your awareness inside to the safety of your inner world.
As you bring your presence within,
Gently begin deepening your breath,
Inviting each breath to be a little softer and slower than the way you normally breathe.
And with each breath,
Invite your body to relax,
And feel as your mind begins to slow down.
Allowing this breath to bring you into this present moment,
Allowing this breath to soothe and comfort you.
Trusting that you are exactly where you need to be,
That your heart has called you here.
And with the next breath,
As your body continues to relax,
And your mind softens and slows,
Gently drift your awareness into your sacred heart space,
In the center of your precious chest.
Allowing the breath to flow through your heart,
And letting the breath connect you more deeply with your beautiful heart.
And with each breath,
See if you can more deeply let go,
And drop into the sanctuary of your heart.
And if thoughts come in,
Attempting to call your attention in another direction,
Just simply notice whatever is arising now.
Thank it for sharing,
And then intentionally call your awareness back to your heart,
Back to your breath.
Allowing your body to relax,
As you continue to fall more deeply into the depths of your heart.
Not needing to make anything happen,
Simply allowing yourself to fully receive the love and the compassion of your precious heart.
Letting go of the mind and any thoughts of what this is supposed to look like,
And instead allowing it to be exactly what it is.
A precious moment of basking in the brilliant power of your radiant heart.
Allowing your heart to relax you even more,
To comfort and nourish your spirit.
And as you breathe deeply into your precious heart,
Can you allow the form of you to dissolve?
Can you expand your awareness into the oneness of all,
Allowing yourself to be here in the truth of who you are.
Each breath taking you deeper into your heart,
Each breath dissolving the form even more.
Becoming one,
Allowing your awareness to expand,
Fully present,
Fully here.
Notice where you're resisting your own expansion,
Notice where you're holding on to form,
And invite yourself to breathe a little deeper now.
And allow this breath to release any resistance,
Allow this breath to continue to dissolve the form that's created by the mind.
Allow this breath to take you even deeper into your heart,
Into the truth of who you really are.
Soften,
Let go,
And allow the thoughts of who you are to dissolve.
Be here,
Be still in your heart,
And let your breath become deeper once more.
And feel as this breath breathes through you,
Taking you more deep into the depths of your precious heart.
Expanding you more fully into the truth of who you are.
Feel your heart,
Feel into oneness,
Feel as your spirit is held here.
Still breathing deep,
Still breathing slow,
Still expanding your awareness,
Letting go.
Feeling into the fullness of who you really are,
Expanding your awareness far beyond what the mind can see.
And now,
Ever so gently,
Begin to drift your awareness back,
Feeling back into your body,
And simply taking a moment to notice how you feel,
To witness any shifts or changes that have occurred in your mind,
Heart,
And field.
And then begin inviting your body to move in whatever way it feels called to move,
Allowing your awareness to reconnect with the physical self,
While holding the knowing of the expanded self.
And then,
When you find yourself ready,
When you feel called,
Gently open your eyes,
Greeting the world in this brand new,
Precious,
Precious,
Present time.
