To this guided meditation to help you anchor within your precious heart,

Gently drifting your awareness inside,

Simply check in.

Check in with your breath,
And simply notice how you're breathing.
Check in with your heart,

And then gently begin deepening your breath.

A little slower.

And as you breathe in this way,
Allow your awareness to linger on the breath,
Letting this breath begin to slow you down.

Feeling as the breath helps to relax your body and mind.

This sends a signal into the field of our body that helps us to feel more at ease,

No matter what arises in the mind,
Simply keep calling your awareness back to your breath.
