Welcome,

Dear one,

To this guided meditation intended to bring you into the central space of your heart,

Where you have the opportunity to feel and experience the love of this divine space.

So at this time,

If you haven't already,

Go ahead and find that comfortable space.

Simply close down your eyes,

Beginning to shift your awareness inside.

For a moment,

Simply notice how you feel.

Notice the thoughts in your mind,

The sensations in your body,

And the breath in your lungs.

Simply allow whatever is to be,

Without judgment,

Without criticism.

Simply allowing yourself to be as you are,

Right now.

Simply witness and observe,

And then gently begin deepening your breath,

Inviting it into your body.

Inviting each breath to be a little slower,

A little softer,

And as you deepen this divine breath,

Feel it flow through your body and field,

Helping to settle you,

To begin to soothe you,

And to truly slow you down.

Allow this breath to call you more deeply into the present moment,

And feel yourself present within your body,

And can you even be present with the space around your body.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Begin calling this breath into your sacred heart space,

In the center of your chest,

Feeling the breath flow into the heart,

And witnessing as this breath flows back out into the field around your body.

Can you breathe with intention now,

Feeling the breath,

Feeling your heart,

Feeling the field that holds you now,

And if you notice your mind trying to distract you,

Or call you in another direction,

Just simply observe whatever is arising now,

Without judgment or resistance to what is,

And then gently call your awareness back to your precious breath,

Back to your radiant heart,

And allowing yourself to feel the precious beating of your heart,

The aliveness in your body,

As you breathe into your chest,

As you continue to breathe deeply,

And feel your heart,

Can you allow yourself to stretch and expand your awareness,

To move the energy of your heart into an expanded space around your body,

Feeling the fields of your heart,

Feeling the calmness of this field,

The coherence,

The peace that already are a part of this space,

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Feeling this sacred space of your heart,

How much further can you let yourself expand,

How much more can you stretch your awareness out,

Allowing yourself to be present with the field,

The field of expanded awareness,

The generative field of love,

And can you allow yourself to be in this expanded space,

Without needing to make anything happen,

Without needing to change anything,

Can you simply stretch and be in this field,

As you feel the love of your precious heart,

And as you expand,

Notice any resistance or tension in relationship to your own expansion,

Simply breathe into whatever may be arising,

Allowing the breath to break down any barriers of limitation,

Or walls of restriction,

Helping you to move your awareness even further out,

Beginning to bask,

That connects us all,

Still breathing deep,

Still breathing slow,

Still expanding your field,

And letting go,

And in this expanded space of your heart,

As you allow your awareness to stretch even further than before,

Can you allow yourself to feel love for the life you have lived,

And for the precious and unique soul that you are,

Can you celebrate the steps you have walked along your path,

And all the moments of strength that you have held,

Can you love yourself for the way that you have shown up,

For those around you,

For the compassion you have shared,

And for the kindness in your own heart,

Take a moment to honor these aspects of your life,

And let yourself expand into this now,

Into this space of self-honor,

Self-acceptance,

And truly self-love,

And if any thoughts come in trying to challenge your worthiness,

Just simply notice whatever is arising,

And without judgment,

Can you love these thoughts just as well,

As they show you the spaces within you that are calling for a little more love,

A little more acceptance and understanding,

Continue to expand you,

Continue to love you,

And with the next deep breath,

Thank your heart for the ways it showed up for you today,

And each day,

And then gather up as much love as you can,

Calling it back into your sacred heart space,

As you too slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the physical space that holds you,

Bringing this love with you as you return your awareness,

Inviting your body to move in whatever way it wishes to move,

And then when you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes to this precious present time.
