And if you haven't already,
You can gently close your eyes and let your awareness drift right into that sacred space in the center of your chest.
You can bring one or both hands on top of your heart,
Or you can simply observe the flow of breath through this space.
Whatever you decide is perfect,
Just allow your attention to remain in the heart space.
As you gently begin deepening each inhale and exhale.
As you breathe in,
Reconnect with your heart and feel your heart expand.
As you breathe out,
Let everything go and invite your mind and body to relax.
You may need to let some little wiggles out in the body to really allow it to settle down and settle in.
As you breathe into your heart,
Allow yourself to contemplate what true relaxation feels like and let the body soften a little more.
As you breathe deeply,
Gently scan through your body,
Feel into the spaces where the relaxation is already settling.
Breathe into these places and let your body relax even deeper,
Allowing this sensation of softening,
Of letting go to permeate through all the cells in your precious body.
Breathe deeply and allow your presence to remain in the softening,
In the relaxing.
Feel as any tension or discomfort gently melts away.
Now,
Come back into your heart.
As you breathe in,
Feel your heart expand once more.
As you breathe out,
Allow your body to settle into the vibration of love.
What does love feel like to you?
Allow yourself to feel this vibration,
This energy of the heart,
And with each breath allow it to become amplified.
As this energy of the heart,
This feeling of love amplifies,
Observe as how it flows out from your heart into your own body,
Uplifting all your cells,
Moving out into the field around you,
Uplifting all the particles,
And overflowing even further now into our collective heart.
Feel the strength of this love with each breath,
And for a while simply allow your awareness to bask in this brilliant field of connected love.
With three more deep breaths,
Seal this practice in your heart and gently allow your awareness to return to the physical space that holds you.
When you're ready,
You can flutter your eyes open.
