Hello and good morning and welcome to this guided meditation to help you start your day with motivation and positivity.
Now I invite you to find a comfortable place to sit either on a chair or on the floor.
Allow your back to be straight and then when you feel ready gently close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.
Allowing yourself to fully arrive in this moment and leaving behind any lingering sleepiness or distractions.
Just begin by bringing your awareness to your body.
Notice how it feels this morning and starting from your toes slowly move your attention up through your legs,
Hips,
Abdomen,
Chest and back,
Shoulders and arms,
Your hands and then finally your neck and your head.
Gently stretch and release any tension.
Allow yourself to wake up each part of your body and feel the energy beginning to flow through you easily and effortlessly.
Now just take a nice long deep breath in,
Filling your lungs completely and then exhale fully.
One more breathing in and then breathing out.
Now I invite you to visualize your day ahead.
Picture yourself moving through your day with confidence and ease.
See yourself accomplishing your goals and interacting positively with others.
Imagine the feelings of joy,
Satisfaction and success that come with each achievement that you have made throughout your day.
Feel the positivity radiating from this beautiful day ahead.
Feel yourself filling up with positive energy and allow yourself to move through this day with ease.
I invite you as you do this to set a positive intention for your day.
This could be anything.
For example,
Say to yourself I will spread kindness and positivity to everyone I encounter today.
Set that intention your day is going to be a good day.
Feel the joy and positivity well up within and repeat to yourself your affirmation.
Feel the power and the truth of your intention for the day resonating within you,
Boosting your confidence and motivation.
Now just take a nice beautiful deep breath in and then release.
And then finally I would like you to just show some gratitude towards yourself for taking these few moments this morning for yourself and to fill yourself with positivity.
Say thank you and you've got this.
And now just take another nice long deep breath in and release.
And now just begin to wriggle your fingers and toes and when you feel ready open your eyes to the room around you.
And go and have a wonderful day.
