Welcome to this guided meditation from Manifesting Abundance into your life.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable place to sit or lie down,

Allowing yourself to get comfortable and relaxed.

And when you feel ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Allowing yourself to fully arrive in this moment and letting go of any distractions or worries.

And continue to focus on your breath.

Just drop in to your natural rhythm of breath.

Don't try and change it.

And as you inhale,

Imagine drawing in calm and positive energy.

And as you exhale,

Visualise releasing any tension or negative energy that you're holding within.

And as you do this,

Allow yourself to feel more relaxed and centred with each breath.

And just bring your attention to your body,

Just for a moment.

Notice any areas of tension or discomfort.

Just take a few moments to scan from the tips of your toes right the way up to your head.

And if you notice that there is anywhere where you're holding on to any tension,

Just breathe into that area.

And as you breathe out,

Let the muscle go.

Just let it go.

Now just take a nice long deep breath in through your nose and then out through your mouth.

Now bring your mind to the intention for this meditation.

What is it that you want to manifest in your life?

Visualise this desire as if it has already happened.

Seeing yourself living your ideal life,

Surrounded by abundance and prosperity.

Engage all your senses in this visualisation.

What does it look like,

Sound like,

Feel like,

Even smell like?

Imagine the joy and fulfilment that comes with achieving your goals.

Just take a few moments to feel,

To live your ideal life.

Now picture a bright golden light surrounding you,

Representing the energy of abundance.

Feel this light filling your entire being,

Radiating out to the universe and attracting positive opportunities and resources to you.

Feel the warmth of this beautiful light.

Allow it to fully sink into every single cell of your body.

I invite you now to repeat the following affirmations,

Silently or aloud,

But let each one resonate within you.

Allow them to really infiltrate every single cell of your body and feel them as your own.

I am worthy of abundance.

I attract prosperity and success effortlessly.

I am open to receiving all the goods the universe has to offer.

I am grateful for the abundance that flows into my life.

Feel the power and the truth of those affirmations.

Now just take a beautiful,

Nice,

Long,

Deep breath in and release.

Now for just a moment,

Feel that one thing that you're grateful for.

What is that one thing that just brings a smile to your face every time that you think about it?

It can be a person,

Place or thing.

Just bring that into your awareness right now.

Just allow this feeling of gratitude to fill your heart and amplify the positive energy that is around you.

Did you know that gratitude is a powerful tool for attracting more abundance into your life?

Being in a state of gratitude is so powerful.

Just allow those feelings to well up within you as you say thank you.

Say it out loud or in your mind,

Just thank you.

Just bring a smile across your face.

Now just one more nice,

Long,

Deep breath in and release.

Now I invite you to just take another few more deep breaths.

As you do this,

Feel the positive energy and abundance that you have cultivated within and around you.

And then when you feel ready,

Gently begin to wriggle your fingers and your toes.

Roll your shoulders and move your head.

And then when you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes to the room around you.

Just take these feelings of abundance and possibility as you continue with your day.
