Hello and welcome to this guided meditation for cultivating gratitude and attracting abundance.

Just take a moment to find a nice comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.

You can either sit or lie down.

Just allow yourself to be relaxed.

And then when you feel ready gently close your eyes.

I would like to guide you through three nice deep cleansing breaths.

With each breath in,

Breathe in through your nose.

With each breath out,

Breathe out through your mouth.

Take a nice long deep breath in.

And release.

And breathe in.

And release.

And finally,

Breathing in.

And release.

And now just settle into a beautiful rhythmic pattern of breath.

Allow it to be just slightly deeper than you normally breathe,

But not so deep that it's forced.

Just gently breathing in and out.

Centering and focusing upon your breath.

Allowing your body to relax now.

Just feel your body sink deeper and deeper into the surface below you.

As each and every muscle let go and releases.

Just take a moment to scan through your body and notice anywhere where you're still holding onto tension.

Where you're still clamping those muscles.

Breathe into that area and let it go.

Now just take another nice long deep breath in.

And release.

I'd like you now to think of that one thing that you're truly grateful for.

What's the first thing that comes to mind when you think I am so grateful?

This can be a person,

Place or thing.

Just allow yourself to really focus in and be grateful.

Picture it with all clear colours.

Allow that sense of gratitude to build up within you.

Allow it to fill every single cell of your body.

It brings just a beautiful sense of warmth and contentment.

Just visualise the bright golden light that expands with each breath.

This is the light of gratitude.

Just see it surrounded you and it creates a bubble of positive energy.

And then silently repeat to yourself I am grateful.

I am grateful.

Whilst you have this beautiful golden light of gratitude surrounding you,

I'd like you now to focus on the abundance that you wish to attract into your life.

Just picture what this abundance means to you.

Whether it's financial prosperity,

Loving relationship,

Good health or just personal fulfilment.

Just visualise the abundance as if it has already happened to you.

See yourself enjoying and thriving.

Within this abundance.

Just see it,

Feel it,

Be within.

Imagine a magnetic force within you attracting all of the abundance and opportunities that you desire.

Feel the excitement and the joy that comes with receiving this abundance.

I'd like you to silently repeat the following affirmation.

I am open to receiving abundance in all areas of my life.

Finally,

I'd just like you to visualise the golden light of gratitude merging in with the energy of abundance.

Creating a powerful and harmonious flow within and around you.

This combined energy is strengthening your belief in your ability to attract and manifest your desires.

Allow yourself to fully embrace this feeling of being abundant and grateful at the same time.

Now just take a nice long deep breath in and release.

I invite you now to gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Then when you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes to the room around you.

You can take this sense of gratitude and abundance that you have cultivated within through the rest of your day.
