Welcome to this guided meditation for chakra balancing.
Find a quiet comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
Sit in a relaxed position and elongate your spine slightly.
This can either be on a chair or on the floor,
Whichever suits you most.
And then when you feel ready,
Gently close your eyes to the room around you.
And I invite you to take a few deep cleansing breaths and inhale deeply through your nose and then exhaling slowly through your mouth.
Allowing yourself to fully arrive in this moment and letting go of any distractions or concerns.
And I invite you to just settle in to a beautiful rhythmic pattern of breath,
Not trying to change it.
And with each breath allow your body to relax,
Letting go of all the muscles and the tension that lie within.
And feel the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.
Visualize roots growing from the base of your spine and the soles of your feet.
And allow these roots to anchor you firmly to the earth.
And this grounding connection helps you stabilize and support you throughout this meditation.
Now I invite you to focus your attention on the base of your spine.
This is your root chakra.
And visualize a vibrant red light glowing at the center.
And as you inhale,
Imagine this red light becoming brighter and more vibrant.
And as you exhale,
You release any feelings of insecurity or instability.
Allow this area to be cleansed and cleared and then silently repeat,
I am grounded and secure.
And now we move your attention to the area just below your navel,
Your sacral chakra.
Visualize a warm orange light now glowing at this center.
And as you inhale,
See this orange light growing brighter.
And as you exhale,
Let go of any guilt or fear.
And then silently repeat,
I am creative and passionate.
Now shift your focus to your solar plexus just above your navel.
Visualize a bright yellow light glowing at this center.
And as you inhale,
Imagine this yellow light becoming stronger and brighter.
And as you exhale,
Release any feelings of powerlessness or low self-esteem.
And then silently repeat,
I am confident and powerful.
Now move your attention to the center of your chest.
This is your heart chakra.
Now visualize the growing green light at this center.
And then as you inhale,
Feel this green light expanding and brightening.
And then as you exhale,
Let go of any hurt or resentment.
And silently repeat,
I am loving and compassionate.
Now focus on your throat.
This is your throat chakra.
Visualize a bright blue light growing at this center.
And as you inhale,
See this blue light becoming more vibrant.
And then as you exhale,
Release any fear of speaking your truth.
And silently repeat,
I am honest and expressive.
Now move your attention to the space between your eyebrows.
This is your third eye chakra.
Visualize an indigo light glowing at this center.
And again as you inhale,
Feel this indigo light intensifying.
And as you exhale,
Let go of any doubts or confusion.
And silently repeat,
I am intuitive and wise.
And then finally,
As we reach your crown chakra,
This is at the top of your head.
And then visualize a violet or white glowing light at this center.
And as you inhale,
See this light expanding and becoming more radiant.
And as you exhale,
Release any feelings of disconnection.
And silently repeat,
I am connected to the divine.
And now just visualize all the colors of the chakras blending together.
Forming a beautiful harmonious light that surrounds and fills your entire being.
Feel the balanced energy flowing freely through your body.
Connecting you to the earth and onto the universe.
Just take a moment to express gratitude for this experience.
And the balance and alignment that you have cultivated.
Allow yourself to say thank you.
Say thank you.
Now just take another nice long deep breath in.
And release.
Now just begin to wriggle your fingers and your toes.
And then when you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Room around you.
