Hello,
I'm Michelle.
Thank you for taking this time for yourself.
Let's gently arrive in this moment together.
Take a moment to settle into stillness,
Allowing your body to soften wherever you are.
Maybe let your shoulders drop or let your jaw loosen.
Maybe notice that you're breathing just a little bit slowly.
And if it helps you to settle into stillness,
Perhaps even close your eyes.
Imagine now that you're stepping into a quiet forest.
A place where the world feels softer,
Quieter,
And kinder.
Tall trees stand around you,
Steady and grounded.
Their presence offers a kind of calm that asks nothing in return.
Take a slow inhale as if you're breathing with the trees.
And exhale,
Letting the forest carry away a layer of overwhelm.
With each breath,
Feel yourself arriving more fully here.
Breathing in,
Steadiness.
Breathing out,
Tension.
You notice that the forest floor beneath you feels solid,
And supported like an old friend who holds your weight without strain.
Let your breath grow a little deeper,
Rooted like the trees that surround you.
Now I invite you to place one hand over your heart.
Feel the warmth there.
Perhaps you can even feel your pulse,
The pulse of your own aliveness.
And as you breathe,
Gently repeat in your mind,
I am supported.
I release what I no longer need.
I return to myself.
Now let the forest hold you for a few more soft breaths.
Inhale,
Ease.
Exhale,
Overwhelm.
And when you're ready,
Imagine slowly stepping back toward your day,
Carrying with you the quiet strength of the trees and the steadiness that grows from being rooted.
Take one final deep breath in,
And release.
I invite you to carry this sense of ease and clarity with you as you return to your day.
And if your eyes were closed,
Then open your eyes when it feels natural.
Thank you for listening.
