Hello,

I'm Michelle.

Thank you for taking this time for yourself.

Let's gently arrive in this moment together.

Begin by finding a comfortable posture,

Allowing your body to settle naturally.

Take a slow breath in and out.

And let the next few breaths come and go without any effort.

Now imagine that you're standing at the edge of a forest,

Just before sunrise.

The world is still,

The air cool,

Sky painted in early gold.

Ahead of you is a soft sunlit path.

As the first warm rays begin filtering through the trees.

Let's feel and touch your skin,

Warm,

Gentle,

Inviting.

Begin walking along the paths in your mind and perhaps notice how the sunlight grows with each step.

Feel how it reaches into the places inside you that have grown tired,

The parts that have given so much,

The parts that long to feel bright again.

With each breath,

Let the sunlight rise within you like a soft glow in the center of your chest.

Allow this glow to expand,

Warm,

Steady,

Joyful.

Let it remind you of the spark that first called you to teaching,

The desire to nurture,

To guide,

To touch lives.

Breathing in,

I remember my joy.

Breathing out,

I let it rise again.

Stay with the soft light for a few breaths,

Letting it radiate outward.

Filling your whole being with warmth and purpose.

When you're ready,

Imagine stepping off the sunlit path,

Carrying this gentle brightness with you.

It is yours.

It lives within you and you can return to it anytime you need.

Take one more deep breath.

So I invite you to carry this sense of ease and clarity and joy with you as you return to your day.

And if your eyes were closed and open your eyes when it feels natural.
