Maybe it's a new job,
A new relationship,
Different housing,
Different friends,
Your side hustle,
Taking off your online platforms,
Going through the roof,
Whatever it is,
Let's get specific.
It's not just I want to be big online,
Or I want a beautiful house.
How many bedrooms does it have?
How many followers?
How much money do you want to make?
Now you're clear on what you want,
We're going to dive deeper.
Remember,
When you get this,
What does it mean to you?
Does it mean that you're seen online?
If you get a new job,
Are your talents recognized and valued?
And what will other people think once you get what you want?
And now let's get clear.
When you get your dream,
What's the emotion you're actually getting?
Say you want a new house,
Because you want to feel spacious.
And other people are going to feel happy for you.
The feeling that you're craving,
The feeling you're missing at the moment is space.
And so what we're going to do is feel however that emotion feels.
So taking a deep breath,
And wondering,
Now you've got the emotion you want.
And if it was given to you today,
What would that feel like?
So imagine if you were given that emotion fully,
Would your chest be tight or relaxed?
Would you feel warm or cool?
Would you feel open or quite shut off?
Would you be energized or restful?
Would you be motivated or more relaxed?
And then tap into your body,
How does it actually feel to receive that?
And now taking a deep breath in,
Getting clear on that emotion.
I want to challenge you today to feel how you can see this more in your life already.
