Use this meditation to help you embody leaving your past behind, literally closing the door on your current life, and choosing to evolve, to grow and to move into a new life! This is the perfect meditation when you are finding it hard to move on or are falling into bad habits.

Hello and welcome,

My name is Annabelle.

Today we're going to be leaving our past behind and stepping into a new future.

So when you're ready,

Get comfortable,

Take a seat or even lay down,

Get a blanket,

Get cozy,

Make any final adjustments you need to.

And now start to focus on your breath,

On your inhale,

Feeling your belly rise,

Exhale,

Breathing out through your nose,

Feeling your belly fall.

Focus on breathing deeper and deeper and on your exhale releasing any stress and any tension from your body.

And now taking the deepest breath you have all day,

Feeling your belly and then your chest,

Pausing at the top for a moment before exhaling completely,

Allowing your breath to return to normal.

And I want you to imagine there is a white door in front of you,

You open it and close it behind you,

Stepping into a room that is all white,

That goes on for what seems like infinity.

And there is hundreds if not thousands of white doors on each side,

Each of them with different sizes.

Some of them look like they're made for a giant,

Some of them look like they're made for a mouse.

Each have the possibility of who you become.

When you closed the door to begin with,

You were closing the door on your past life.

You are welcome to choose that door again when we choose one to walk into,

But I know you are meant for more.

I know that whatever door you choose will be correct,

But I invite you to walk past each door.

Walking past each door,

I want you to notice how it feels.

Is this the door where you have a lifetime of wonder and joy,

With a career that you love,

A partner that you adore and that adores you,

With friends that are there for you,

Comforting and loving?

Is the door that you are choosing one that has a healthy and recovering earth,

One with a community that loves and supports you?

With each door you walk past,

I want you to imagine all the versions of you that there could be.

The next door that you see is one that is so small,

Because it is a life that you have outgrown.

You look around and you see a door that looks like it's for someone two sizes bigger than you.

Knowing that when you walk through whatever door,

You will grow to that size.

Do you want to expand or do you want to contract?

Do you want to share your love with the world?

Do you want to become the most abundant,

Healthiest,

Most joyous version of yourself that you can be?

Taking a final few steps before you find your perfect door.

Once you find this door,

You stand in front of it,

Knowing that once you walk through,

It will transform you energetically and physically.

So you inhale deeply,

Reach for the door and on your exhale,

Walk through,

Allowing yourself to be free of everything that doesn't serve you and to call in and hold everything that is right for you.

The money,

The joy,

The love,

You are able to hold more of it than you ever were before.

Take a deep breath into this new energy and realize how comfortable it is,

How relaxed and joyous you are.

You are your highest self.

This version of you is perfect for this part of your life.

I wish you the most joy,

Excitement and love.

When you're ready,

Continue to either explore what this new life has to offer or come back to your body and take action.

What does this new person do?

Do they journal?

Do they reach out to friends?

Whatever it is,

Take one step in the physical world.

What's the difference between a meditation, a visualization, and a manisfestation? Only perception, methinks. Thank you for leading me to change my reality!

Wonderful. This visualisation will really help me to put my bad habits in the past. I can think about literally closing the door on them. In fact, if I'm not in a position to listen or meditate I'm sure I can find an actual door for a symbolic act. I might even give it a little slam as an act of defiance! Audio not perfect but it didn't detract from the concept
