Listeners may be guided through the mind’s eye, into felt sensations in the body, or into relationship with different inner parts—always with curiosity, warmth, and respect for each person’s unique rhythm. Drawing on decades of experience as a mindfulness and meditation teacher, yoga teacher, psychotherapist, group facilitator, and nature-based educator, she creates practices that are both nourishing and real. Her guidance supports self-compassion, inner trust, and a sense of belonging, within oneself and within the larger web of life.
